Unfortunately like a few favorite stops in Kalamazoo for food, this Taco Bell has taken a dive in getting their orders correct and having staff make sure they’re getting the right food to the right car.
This the third time in 1 month that our order has been incorrect, except this time we were given a 100% incorrect order.
Our first experience they didn’t get our bean burrito correct for our vegetarian in the house (they gave us beef), second time they gave us nacho fries we didn’t order, this time the order was 100% not ours and now I’m just frustrated.
The woman in the drive in was super nice today but honestly I’d love it if the staff were consistently just double checking the orders being correct when we are all counting on it.

I just wanted to share my experience from tonight at this location. Because I don’t feel like people that have good experiences share them often enough. So I just wanted to give some recognition to this specific location for today because if you look at my taco it was like the most perfect taco I’ve ever seen from any Taco Bell I’ve been to so I just wanted to give them shout outs for that. And the young man at the drive thru window at 2:10am was very nice, and they were very quick and efficient. So I just wanted to give them the recognition that they deserve.

I was so polite, cordial and patient. Yet, they still forgot my 5pc nugget and sauces. Tried calling 3 times, no one picked up, robot asked for access code to continue. Then it hung up each time. Will be by tomorrow to see if they will replace my food items.

Missing and incorrect item galore here. The one thing they did get right was the added onions on my grilled cheese burrito. I think they took it a bit seriously because the burrito was literally 75% onion. Ordered soft potato tacos and got no potato’s on them? PSA: always order on the app! You can always get a refund if things are wrong!

i ordered taco bell for delivery and didn’t receive my 2 large nachos fries. i went through the customer service and they gave me a coupon worth less than the food that they didn’t give me. when i tried to reach out to customer service again, they were unresponsive. i think it’s ridiculous i can’t even get a refund for food that i paid for, and didn’t receive.

Took 30 minutes to get my food and the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. Wouldn’t really recommend especially if you only have a 30 min lunch break.
