Check your bags before you leave this place!!! Placed an order for 3 tacos, 2 chicken and cheese rollups, some nacho fries and some salted caramel churros, almost $40 worth of food. My fries were tossed into the bag, not even in the box, no churros and only one chicken and cheese rollup. Missing easily $10 of my order and it wasn’t even busy. It’s pure laziness and brings a bad name to this franchise, I’m extremely disappointed.

Absolute worst Taco Bell. I’ve ever been to. I’m a doordasher and I came in to pick up an order. And I have been saying here for 20 minutes. Waiting on my customer’s order. And I’ve asked several times about the order very politely. And I’ve been met withe most rude response. Even being told to end my – It’s been 20 minutes and people who have come in after me. Have left before me and they’re just now making the recommend getting a full new staff. And if anyone thinks about coming to this Taco Bell, I recommend turning around and going to a different one. Because you’ll be met with rude employees and you won’t get your order on time.

I got salmonella poisoning after eating at this place for the second time in the past two years. CORE needs to focus on this location. Please enforce more strict temperature controls on meats, cheeses, and lettuce. These ingredients must kept at the proper holding temperature and discarded promptly when in the danger zone. You cannot leave ingredients out for 3.5 hours and give them to a guest with a 30 minute commute. They should be freshly brought to temperature each time they are compiled into a food order. Due to this I’m never coming back.

Edit) the AI robot can’t understand you and workers should be at the order window. I understand every company has a worker shortage but you don’t need to let AI take over. Worker was not friendly and half of my quesadilla was left in the bag because it was crammed in there. The remodel is not as nice.

I got a mobile order at around 2:30am today and usually when I order from Taco Bell, I’m usually highly disappointed because they barely put any food at all in the tacos. I mean, one time I actually non exaggerating had 3 single tiny pieces of cut up chicken in a taco with almost nothing else in it (not because I ordered it that way but because they just seemingly don’t wanna use any of their ingredients I guess). BUT I went to this location on my way home from the gym and was so surprised with how they ACTUALLY gave me the food as shown on the advertisements. Like they did a 10/10 job on actually giving me a full taco. Idk who was working the shift this night for y’all on Oct 6, around 2:30am but Bless those people because this is the only taco bell I’ve ever been to in my life that actually gave me what I paid for as advertised. This is probably like the 2nd or 3rd review of anything I’ve ever left in my life which shows you how shocked I am to go out of my way to write this review which is a very positive review. Thanks to y’all working this night. Appreciate y’all whether it was 1 guy or multiple people (I only saw 1 dude at the window) but I’m guessing there was atleast someone else there too.

I LOVE this taco bell. Even more than the one near my house! I have never been to such a nice taco bell in my life. There’s a wonderful social environment with regulars and kind people. The employees are stellar! They are always kind and courteous, and never make my order wrong. I’ve never had a long wait, but I wouldn’t mind because I know the kitchen can be overwhelmed. If you’re ever craving Taco Bell in Lansing, visit this one!! They even wrote my name on my order with a heart ❤️. So sweet! Thank you to the team at the W Saginaw Highway taco bell

The food was fine. The service was good initially. After After placing my order and returning home, I realized a couple of items were missing. I called the restaurant and was told I’d have to drive back to pick them up. When I returned, the manager was unapologetic and acted as though I was inconveniencing her, rather than acknowledging their mistake. The lack of accountability and customer care was disappointing.
