This one is quite a bit further from me than the one on Grand River, but we choose to drive out of our way. I’ve only had one missing item and they quickly fixed it. To the crew that was working around 8pm on Friday, October 3rd – you did great! I had a huge order for a group of guys and everything was there and tasted good. The guy at the drive-thru window was nice. Thanks for dinner.

I order new crispy chicken burrito. Was not grilled/toasted. Didn’t come with any sauce that shows in commercial. Chicken was so dry. No sauce inside and felt so dry. Will not order again.

I am thoroughly disgusted by this place!!! I wish there was a minus rating!!! First my food was wrong, but I chose to eat in because I’m here from Eaton Rapids. When I first walked in a young man with a shaved head and ponytail was sitting on the front counter (he’s now sitting on what appears to be a prep counter?) and then I saw EVERY table was filthy. I had to clean my own table to sit!! I see 3 men back there standing around chatting when they should be cleaning!! I come to Okemos once a month but I will never come here again!!!
As I was leaving the boys retreated to the back and were just sitting there. I was the only customer the whole time I was in there so they had plenty of time to clean.
I’ve worked food service many years and this never would have been allowed!!
Some might ask why did I stay if it was so bad? I had already paid for my food before I saw any of this and it wasn’t food I wanted to eat in my car because it’s messy and I live 30 miles away!

Ok sooooo service was quick. Maybe that’s because they forgot to put anything in the taco shell. Ordered 3 crunchy tacos and this is what I got…. I could sneeze out more than was in these tacos. It was a rip off. They don’t give receipts so I couldn’t prove that I paid $6.33 for taco flavored air. I do not recommend this location.

Dirty building, trash in the parking lot and tables filled with trash. No business and people are standing around talking instead of cleaning. Worst of all my food was cold when I got it, never coming back

I went through the drive-thru at Taco Bell tonight, and I ordered tacos and 1 Nacho Bell Grande. I got my food and went to go eat it in my car. When I opened my nachos I realized there was no cheese. I did do a mobile order and say, ‘no sour cream’ but, I did want cheese. I mean, who gets nachos with no cheese. Anyways, I went through the drive-thru again and asked them if they could just give me some little cups of cheese. The whole waiting/interaction took 7 minutes. Just for 2 cheese cups. They weren’t even full either. But, when I started to put cheese on and eat the nachos. I saw that the toppings were not on top of the nachos. That’s when I realized that I didn’t even get the thing I ordered! I ordered and Nacho Bell Grande but, I don’t even know what I got. It had no cheese or tomatoes. This is crazy, the employees wanted to argue about what I got and ordered. Terrible customer service.

If you are interested in inedible food this is the place for you! My food was so soggy the wrapper and the taco became one product. The night manager kept talking about a receipt and corporate policy of an online order—my receipt is on the application. How is a customer supposed to produce a receipt if the employee does not provide a receipt? The night employees are beyond rude and can claim corporate policy without explaining corporate policy. Taco Bell what is your receipt policy? Is poor customer service apart of your code of ethics? Are your paper products FDA approved?
