Absolutely amazing experience! Went into the lobby with my husband, toddler and newborn on our way up north for Memorial Day and I can’t begin to express how awesome our experience was from beginning to end. Had a friendly face take our order and then another gentleman was nice enough to bring our order out to us. The food was delicious as well, the best Taco Bell we’ve ever been to. Thank you for great dinner!

Where to start. Not even lunch hour and it took 45 minutes for 6 tacos and 3 drinks which were forgotten in the end. Inside is disgusting and unkept, dirty tables with lettuce and cheese spread out and greasy handprints all over the counters. I should have turned around and walked out as soon as I saw the condition of the lobby and tables. They’re short staffed and do not acknowledge someone is standing at the counter awaiting a hello or eye contact. Order-for-yourself kiosk was fairly easy to use and convenient, and food was luke-warm by the time I got someone’s attention for the missed drinks and sauce (since the help-yourself area is empty of various sauces). Will stay at home and make my own nasty tacos next time and I recommend you do the same.

Restaurant was a mess in back. Three ladies working and I was not even acknowledged as I stood there for 5 minutes. It was a mobile order, and they did give me the food, but all she said was to ask who I was for the order.

We were on a road trip and decided to stop at Taco Bell for breakfast. Unfortunately, we picked the Jolly Rd, Okemos location, BIG mistake. The inside doors were locked. Not all breakfast items were available on the mobile app, so we ordered in person at the drive-thru window. Food arrived a mess in the bag like it had been tossed around. And then they rounded up our bill without us authorizing it. When I called to ask if they could correct the amount they upcharged, they stated they were unable to do that. So now I have to contact our credit card and dispute it. Our family goes to Taco Bell often and this is the WORST Taco Bell we have ever been to. AVOID this location!!!
