I was behind a young man today in line and watched a General Manager straight up lie to the customer. That they are given no access to the camera system in their stores. The young man had got an order earlier and was returning to talk to the GM about the customer service. He raised concerns about earlier experience in the drive through. This was all over the worker not wanting to add a cheesey roll up to his order that the was going to pay for. He was told they didn’t allow add on to orders. Isn’t up selling a big thing at Taco Bell. He then told her how a worker wearing a dog collar with the words choke me was running the drive through how that wasn’t work appreciate to wear a collar ment for sexual fetishes. That you could clearly tell. ( With children passing through the drive through highly inappropriate) . Then he went on to tell her how her entire staff wasn’t wearing gloves while handling the food . She straight up told him he wasn’t being truthful. So he asked her to go pull the camera so he could show her and she refused. So he asked her to go review the time in question she again refused. She kept cutting off the young man as he spoke. The young man did use one curse word where she told him to calm down and to stop cursing at her. The young man was not rude or disrespectful he was clearly frustrated and truly trying to voice a big concern . He then said well your cutting me off and I’m trying to tell you how your staff is when your not here so you don’t get sued or worse kill someone because your cross contaminating stuff. I have a Serve safe certification. I was a GM before in a fast food restaurant. She again cut him off . Another customer behind us made a comment asking why she was so rude to a customer . The young man turned told the man I know right. She then tells him to stop talking to her customers. The second man told her she was going against his freedom of speech rights . She rolled her eyes. Then very snappy demanded the young man’s card to give him a refund for his order. When the young man left the store the staff then proceeded to talk about the young man with in ear shot of the customers. Saying a few slurs about him . I did personally see what appeared as a dog collar coming out of the drive through workers pocket like he described that was being worn while working the drive through. I then witnessed two customers also walk out after witnessing the interaction between the young man and the GM. I then left as well when my son came out the rest room and proceeded to the Bath location closer to home.
Ohh the part that made me laugh . The young man said he came into the store asked what the GM name and when they would be working so he could address his concerns they said they weren’t able to give out that information or corporate number. He then stated he then returned to his car and called back up there asking where they hiring was told yes and to contact by name who was the GM . So much for the can’t do that for safety goes out the window.
I wouldn’t suggest this location for food safety concerns and I as well left without ordering . I then drove to the Bath location on Saginaw ( in front of the Meijer ) a few minutes out of my way but I was well taken care of and the customer service was amazing. I even got a have a great day we will see you again soon. That really impressed me . Great way to build customer relationships and experience.

Whoever made my cantina chicken quesadilla around 11pm on Saturday is truly the greatest. It was the most delicious quesadilla I have EVER had in my whole life eating at Taco Bell. Doing God’s work y’all!

I recently had a disappointing experience at another Taco Bell, but visiting this location completely changed my mind! I didn’t catch her name, but the employee with pink hair and braces provided exceptional customer service — truly a breath of fresh air. She was kind, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure my large order was perfect. Her professionalism and genuine attitude made the experience outstanding. I left impressed and grateful — thank you for restoring my faith in great service!

I ordered a meal for $13.45 plus tax, asked for a Sprite, instead I got a cup of ice with like one sip worth of Sprite. I normally don’t ask for no ice, but that doesn’t mean that I want a cup full of ice either. Holy smokes.

I went today with my friends for a nice day out and what we thought would be fun turned to be a not so pleasant. The manager which I assume who it is, is not a nice person to her employees. She is constantly screaming at them, saying rude things, swearing, threatening, and so impolite. After her temper tantrum like a toddler she then started to throw things and get more aggressive. I find this SO unprofessional and so rude. I will never come back to this Taco Bell ever again. Or at least till they get a new manager who treats their employees with respect. We have tons of videos of her behavior.

if i could put one star i would. normally have no problems with this location but it took twenty minutes to get to the order window and when we did they told us we could only do one mobile order per car so we were told to get the second one to pull around and go through the line again. so we get one order and pull around, wait another twenty minutes just fir them to say we are only doing deliveries, we placed the order a full hour ago at this point so they start making it but said it would take about 30-40 minutes. now i understand being understaffed and how fast food is, being someone that has worked in fast food for 5 years, but this is ridiculous.

Placed a mobile order through the drive-thru. My Crunchwrap was missing ingredients and they left off the chips and cheese without saying anything or offering a replacement. Went inside to fix it, waited 10 minutes, and was ignored while staff argued with another customer. Not understaffed—about 8 employees with only one food line open while managers stood around. Poor service, ended up walking out.
-Update. Gave it another shot. Out of many options with not having burrito shells..waited 20-25 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Conveniently the “fryer broke” when I got the window and so didnt get my cinnabon delights that were almost $10. Almost everything was missing ingredients. Still terrible service.

Has average service.
Compared to some of the other taco bells in the area, this one generally has poor throughput times at the window. More often than not, communication from the drive through can be poor and unprofessional.
Food is okay but occasionally I get refried beans that were clearly left out too long or poorly wrapped burritos.
I generally prefer the Trowbridge location over this one for all of the reasons above even though this one is closer.
