I ordered my meal with black beans instead of beef on everything because I’m a vegetarian. My hardshell taco had beef on it, so I couldn’t eat it. I typically don’t get boxes because none of them are vegetarian, but I took a chance today. I wish I didn’t. Also my carnivorous spouse said the beef taco was gross.

I went to this Taco Bell late at night and we order a good amount of food and we were very displeased me and my friend ordered 6 grilled cheese burritos and only got 5. Very disappointing then my brother order hard shell tacos with Doritos locos shells and got normal shells. All around very disappointed with I received. Did not live up to my expectations of a good late night Taco Bell run.

I just drove through the drive thru, and I’m pretty sure the cashier just straight up doesn’t want to be there. The only amount of communication I got was when I was ordering. When I pulled up she didn’t repeat how much my meal was, she didn’t ask me if I wanted any sauces and didn’t say a thing to me when she was handing back my card and food. She got irritated when I asked for mild sauce and once she handed me everything, she shut the window pretty hard… I work in customer service too, and it wasn’t appreciated how I was treated, or lack there of. And upon getting home I see they’ve messed up my order as well. I asked for a number 6 with 1 chicken chalupa and one beef and I wanted avocado ranch added to the chicken. They gave me all beef and put the avocado ranch on one. So not only was I treated poorly, they messed up my food that I was charged extra for add ons.

We asked for a crunch wrap with no cheese or sauce and they informed us they were out of hash browns which I thought was no big deal since I didn’t think they would resort to giving us a tortilla with just bacon in it. Like for real one of the crunch wraps just had bacon in it and a minuscule at that. The other one also has a very small amount of eggs and sausage on it. Needless to say we were very disappointed in our service here and that they had the Audacity to charge us 4.29 per Crunchwrap for literally a taco shell and bacon. I also tried to call to rectify the situation but no one answered.

Just had every single item on my order have something wrong with it surprised they got the drinks right and I would expect ordering thru the app the hardest thing they have to so is read the specifics like no lettuce but no they do this everytime we go here, now it’s a game of whats not gonna be messed up this time
