Been here many times and I always order the same thing but tonight the food was amazing! The service was great and the restaurant was clean, stocked, and neat. Impressive! I just witnessed an elderly couple (must be regulars) who placed an order at the register but must have ordered something they don’t normally order because the manager came out to them and asked if they meant to order that item. It turns out the elderly woman made a mistake. Taco Bell fixed it for them. That’s great customer service right there!

Still great food and great service from the employees. However, the drivethrough speaker wasn’t a person. It was a poorly functional automated system. It misheard half of what I said and asked too many unnecessary questions. Knowing it’s there means I’m not stopping there unless I have time to walk inside and talk to a person.

I hate this place. First of you have to deal with AI in the drive thru. And that never works. And it’s apparently Taco Bell’s policy to make there customers walk inside. Instead of the drive thru. This place always sucks. No straw in the bag. Food sucks. This place sucks. Take pride in where you work even if you work at Taco Bell. Plus no sauce. And the food was made all wrong. This is by far the best Taco Bell I’ve yet to visit! The drive-thru lunch was quick, friendly, and accurate. They had 3 people in front of me gone by the time I finished ordering, which I have never seen before. Decided to get breakfast, and received my order immediately after getting my receipt – very quick service! Further, the food was hot and excellently prepared. Thanks Vassar Taco Bell for raising the bar so high, appreciate knowing this gem is around!
