This location continues to disappoint. Don’t expect napkins. They don’t give you any through the drive-through. Also, we ordered chalupas without tomatoes. It looks like they put them all on the first one, then two on the second when they realized it was without. Why they didn’t fix the first, no idea. Also you need your receipt to earn points on their app, this store never gives you your receipt unless you ask for it, them not so happy about it.

Almost everytime I get Taco Bell at this location the food is stale or unseasoned/ bland flavoring, or just straight up cold. They have nice workers but when I give them my card I never get my receipt back when they return my card.

Order a soft taco Combo and got hard tacos and a chalupa combo with consist of 2 chicken chalupas ( I asked for meat) and a regular taco I ended up with 3 chicken and no regular taco with it had nothing on it but sour cream. My wife’s tacos had barely any meat in them. The people at McDonald’s a couple doors down need to train the people here.

Okay Taco Bell, I don’t have high expectations but giving a straw for your drink and some sauce when you ask for it is the least you could do. Also the person on window was mumbling the whole time making it nearly impossible to understand through the microphone or even at the window. Customer service needs some work!

The tables were filthy. I cleaned our table myself with a wet wipe and it was gray when I finished. Some things were stuck on the table so I had to really scrub which tells me the tables don’t get cleaned on a regular basis like they should.

Went to this location around 9:40 pm ordered a 5 layer burito and a cruch wrap both had very little filling. Cruck wrap had almost no meat and mostly luttuce. The 5 layer had very little of everything especially the cheese sauce. I was very disappointed worse taco bell I even went to. Id give zero stars if I could.

We ordered 5 spicy potato soft taco and other foods. The potatoes in the taco was old and so hard to eat, 5 of them were bad. I went to register and informed them that the food is bad. Their employees not even bother to say sorry and they knew that the potatoes were bad. I visited more than 30 taco bell store in Metro Detroit and proudly says that those stores are thousands time better than todays store. This is a tourist place and obviously they deserve good food. I wish i could give 0 star. Thanks for the service
