Edit: I have found issues on all shifts here. Tacobell franchisee you need new managers on all shifts because theyre allowing your employees to be disrespectful from the start. I approached the com to order breakfast, your employee said “what” in a monotone voice, I move forward and collect my order I thank him and his response “whatever” disrespectful. If you do not like your job just quit its whats best. Corporate and franchisee need to start paying attention to their reviews and being pro active about it rather than ignoring it.
Something was not right at that location they all sat there acting odd, then would speak robotically to us. At one point 4 of them just sat there staring at my wife and I through their drive thru window. They also got my order wrong there was a few condiments that where not supposed to be on the food. Customer service especially for the polite customers really has gone down hill at fast food chains these days. The hospitality and food industries need to just eliminate the need for human employees at their restaurants. I do not enjoy pulling up having a good evening with my family to have someone make us uncomfortable while getting our dinner for the night.

Taco Bell needs to remover the robot. The laziness is unreal, and service is a joke. Every time I come into a Taco Bell my order is wrong and sloppy. And this is why I hardly ever eat here. Also inside was nasty looked like a tornado went through it. My beef stacker is a sloppy joke.

Barely put any meat on my 6$ cheesy Gordita crunches I paid 12$ for 2 of them for there to barely be on any meat in them.

The guy at the counter refused to take my order And said that they only take their orders from the self service kiosk, even though he literally just took someone else’s order at the counter.And the inside of the restaurant smelled disgusting. Drink machine was down and the place was dirty.

I was starving so I decided to swing through TB for dinner. Got the Deluxe Cravings box for $10.99. This entire meal reminded me of why I never eat TB anymore! Nothing was fresh! Nacho fries were soggy, Chalupa was all dried out, and the other items weren’t even luke warm. Beefy 5 layer was bare! See picture below! The best thing about this meal was the Pepsi! Step up your game, Taco Bell, Essexville!

11:30PM Review Only! I went on 8/23 at 11:30PM, through the drive thru. Mind you we had a large order (about 15 items) so we knew it was going to take a while. We get our stuff and we check and we are missing a couple things so we go back through and we are explaining to a worker named Amanda at the window. She proceeded to slam the window mid sentence. Another man comes to the window and asked for a receipt, which we gave. Then we figure out that they forgot entirely the surpreme box on the receipt and that we didn’t pay for it but we had the drink for it. And we did pay for the other item, chips and cheese, and they did just forget it. So then a worker named Alex came over and was able to accommodate for us and was very understanding while the other two were staring at our car huffing and puffing. We ended up getting out the rest of our order and we get home and realize they forgot an item inside of the supreme box and the chips and cheese they forgot still after going around twice. All in all Alex was a wonderful employee but the other two not so much!

Pulled into the drive thru an hour before close time tonight and asked for a craving box. When asked if they could substitute chicken for beef in a five layer burrito the lady working told me she can’t do that.
I know she could’ve done that, she’s just lazy and needs to find a different job if her job at taco bell is too hard for her.

The staff here are insufferable. They don’t speak when spoken to. They give you a dirty look when you ask for something as simple as sauce packets with your order. Then they just thrust the bag out at you without saying a word or even looking you in the eyes to acknowledge your presence before they quickly slam the window shut to continue ignoring you. I have never been so poorly treated at a restaurant by “customer service staff.” They keep raising prices while the portion sizes keep getting smaller. I’m done with this franchise. I highly suggest you go to the Washington Ave location instead. Much better service and pricing.

I’m not one to gush, especially about something like fast food, but I felt inclined to. I have never had better Taco Bell food! I have had it in every state and hundreds and hundreds of cities, and this was the best Taco Bell I have ever had. Everything was prepared perfect.
