Wow the Caro store has gone downhill. We pay $34.00 for a meal and there is no meat or vegetables in the chulupa. No wonder I stopped going there. Penny pinching by cutting ingredients back and still charging us an arm and a leg. Not worth it anymore.

Food is often cold with fewer toppings and more expensive than usual. The bathrooms are disgusting yet often smell like chemicals. Service is slow and management is rude and they don’t answer the phone. Sides like sour cream are only a third of the way full. Not worth it. Just simply go somewhere else.

Very disappointed, got a bean burrito and it was folded in half and even paid for extra cheese, glad I did because there wouldn’t have been any cheese on it! What a waste of money, tacos half full and prices have tripled! An order of nachos and cheese were 99 cents and you get the same amount but now pay almost $3.00.

We ordered food and it took 2 hours to get our food. It came made incorrectly and cold. We ordered a slushy, and it was melted. This is the absolute worst. And most disgusting Taco Bell around, we called several times and they will not answer the phone. They will never receive any of our business. Again

Worst fast food experience ever. Over an hour waiting for an online order and then it was wrong. The food we got was a disgusting mess and half falling out of all the wrappers. Everybody else’s orders were getting screwed up while we were waiting and the music was inappropriate, with swearing. Not a good family environment, that’s for sure. Will definitely NOT be going back to this location.

Waited over 30 minutes in line and didn’t place a order. Line moving approximately 10 minutes per vehicle. Not sure what the employees were doing out at the dumpster the whole time I sat in the line but they defiantly wasn’t helping. Next time I’ll go to Cass City. WHAT A WAIST OF MY TIME
