Speed of service was quick. The robot did well taking our order. But when it came to the meat on mt taco, it didn’t go end to end of the shell. It was a quarter size drop of meat on the she’ll in the middle of it. I know from working at Taco Bell this is wrong and unexpected. I’m from out of town and our Iowa stores don’t operate like that.

Why does it say your lobby is open until 10:00pm??? It’s only 6:40pm and your doors are locked with all the chairs put up.
I ordered on my mobile app and walked up here. Now I’ve been standing in the drive thru for 10 minutes and nobody has even moved.
The management here and employees must be AWFUL. I hope corporate does something. This is highly unacceptable. Horrible service. I don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I hope it closes and everyone loses their job.

I am not really sure how this specific location stays open. I have NEVER received a correct order from them. I have begged my family to seriously stop ordering here because it is that ridiculous. Unfortunately, my eldest decided that’s what we were having. We were missing 2 of the drinks that were ordered and for the 3rd time the nacho chips and cheese had no cheese. It was worse than stone cold, it was wet and not in the ‘gathering condensation’ way. I’m not sure how we ended up with no ice in any of the drinks that did arrive. Honestly, I ended up throwing a chalupa in the trash because it was literally wet and after drying it with a paper towel I just couldn’t. It’s just irritating as all heck working a 12-14 hour day to spend $50 on food I would feel bad giving my dog. The silver lining is that even the kids are so fed up, I don’t have to bring my business here any longer.

Food is good, however this is the sixth time at this Taco Bell location that I go to enter my receipt on the app for points when I get home and they were already added to somebody else’s account. Seems like an inside job seeing that this happens so frequently and only at this location out of the few I go to. I will be going to the Center location even though it is further.

As a DoorDasher, I’ve been to many Taco Bell locations, and unfortunately, this one is by far the most unprofessional. The staff is consistently slow getting orders ready — I’ve waited far longer here than at any other store. On top of that, there’s constant loud talking, cussing, and unprofessional conversations going on behind the counter. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to pick up food and keep moving. Definitely needs better management and training.

Ordered a Mexican pizza with double sour cream. Had less than 1 serving, despite paying for 2. Ordered 3 dorito locos tacos. All 3 were broken. 2 of them had to be eaten with a fork. And they had literally 3 or 4 pieces of Lettuce on them. No napkins, silverware, or sauces that we requested twice. Disrespectful and way unprofessional.

Absolutely dog water. They won’t answer the phone, the wilder location gets multiple calls per day regarding how they can’t contact the Washington Avenue branch. If you guys need a manager, I can teach customer service and how to answer and phone. If the corporate level needs hel0 making sure the phone line works, I can handle that as well. This is ridiculous. It’s like when corporate gets off at 7pm California time these guys just give up. Just close at 9pm eastern standard then. Wild
