My boyfriend and I walked in to order food after a long day and a girl with blonde hair maybe the manager and a guy on the evening shifts unsure but she was very rude, talking bad about customers and how it’s fast food what do people expect and how work schedules suck etc. I ordered 2 5 layer burritos and some other things. Chips were thrown in the bag all over I had to turn around and go back because my I was missing a burrito. I walk in and show my receipt let her know what I was missing very kindly.. and she responds with yup that happens things are missed with the nasty look on her face. I said thank you etc she throws the bag on the counter as I say thank you again and she rolls her eyes and walk away. Very unprofessional and will never return to this Taco Bell again….. the food was horrible as well but I won’t get into that. Do better kindness is free….

To be honest, I don’t usually give everyone five stars but I come here and buy food for friends and family. I usually don’t eat it, but I buy it for someone else and every time I come here, the girls that work at the pick up window are always very nice and very welcoming. Promote them now. Also very good food. They’re always opening the window with their smile as big as it can. Very nice to see very refreshing. Keep up the good work ☺️

I waited a bit for my food at the drive-thru. I was OK with it and after the conversation with the manager, I understood the wait. It was a great interaction, this guy knows how to manage a store and the customers.

I ordered 2 cantina burritos a chicken quesadilla a grilled cheese burrito and a queserito but only ended up getting the quesadilla and the two cantinas they didn’t put the queserito on the order.

It seems the past 3 months no issues of the food have been addressed. Just recently got some food here. It is not good what so ever unfortunately. The people were great and friendly. But the franchise owner needs to step in and train there employees properly. or Taco Bell need to step up and do something about this.

So happy to have a Taco Bell in Sanford! This was our first visit since they opened. The staff was very friendly. The food was good. We got the 12 pack if tacos, hard shell. Here is my reason for a 3 star: the tacos need more meat and cheese. They all had more lettuce than anything else. The meat and cheese ratio needs to be addressed. I snapped pics to show the one of the tacos.
We will go back again and hopefully next time the tacos are put together better than today.

The drive thru staff was super bubbly and on top it! It did take a little while for our food to come out but we were in no hurry.
The food was mostly full and very well prepared. The only item we had a problem with was our Chicken Enchilada Burrito. It was slightly under filled and cold which are 2 problems I’ve seen with other Taco Bell’s so maybe it’s more of a corporate thing than an individual chain thing. Over all would try again in the future!

Greasy long hair kid making food is talking bad about customers in front of me while not making MY food. Stood in the lobby for 20 minutes without so much as a we will be right with you or “hi” Finally after yelling out for some help a girl comes over and says we’re out of beef and thats why my mobile order wasn’t ready. Couldn’t have mentioned that like idk 15 minutes ago? Then stood speechless within no solution I just walked out.

This was the worst taco bell i’d ever gone to, today i ordered a taco, two nacho fries and a diet drink..it took them literally half an hour for my order and they forgot my drink and the extra sauce i PAID for. Take it from me and don’t waste your time here, staff was rude as hell and i won’t be stepping in this disgusting taco bell again.
