Nothing good about this Taco Bell at all. I would not stop here if I were you.
No one at the counter. When I asked for help the girl at the drive-through said she was too busy. How rude! Tried to fill my cup with the Mountain Dew I ordered but no syrup in the machine.
When I got my order, the portions were the smallest ever. The Burrito Supreme was tiny and the Taco Supreme was empty. Also none of the items had lettuce on them. When I asked, I was informed they were out of these things. Wish I’d known before I ordered. When I went to wash up there were no towels in the dispenser. They said they don’t fill it.
NEVER been to a Taco Bell this bad. I can see why people are bringing McDonald’s from across the street into their dining room.

Worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell. I have heard the workers swear more than the mechanics at the shop I work for. They haven’t been too busy at all and the lobby looks disgusting. Definitely not impressed with this crew and would replace each and every one of them if I was the manager here. I ran 3 different taco bells for Sundance and old west properties back in the day and never would have put up with this kind of disrespect

Well as a customer I’ve loved my experience for the most part foods always been decent. As a dasher I sadly just got done waiting 15 mins for a order that was half done when I got there. Seems pretty incompetent to make orders out of order for. And that’s certainly when the dasher is sitting there watching you make other orders when my orders already been started. I probably won’t even eat here anymore because of tonight’s service to be honest sad too cus it was my favorite lunch spot Monday thru Friday at work

Drive thru worker, Brayden is more than helpful!! He is extremely patient and so kind every time I go through, even if its 15 mins to close. Hes very informative and just so respectful!! I always am happy to see when he’s at the drive thru. Thank you for the 5/5 service!!!

They messed up my order and the manager was great she said she would replace the whole order. The next day I came back and got my order replaced but not without them being snotty about it. Should probably tell your staff to be a little nicer, not such snot bags at the window.

The young girl taking my order was rude. The manager was even worse when I tried to complain. Food was not prepared correctly. Everything was small. And my cheese cups had barely any cheese. I’ll never go back there again

I had to order $90 worth of taco bell for all my friends at a party. The night workers were SO AMAZING AND PATIENT! I know it was a big order and they could’ve been mad but instead they treated with kindness are care! I am so thrilled to have such good care at a local taco bell like Chesaning.

The entire store was super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. I’ve never been to a better TB with such great food. A man came in complaining about no paper towels (when told twice that there was a hand dryer) then complained about lettuce. The staff handled it very well but the guy made me and my group kind of uncomfortable but I would 100% come back because of the incredible staff.
UPDATE: The guys name is Tim Enright, he is (from what we saw) incredibly rude to staff and makes customers uncomfortable. Sucks at parking too.
