I’m vegetarian and I think there’s a 10% chance they don’t mess up my order each time I go here. I get the workers aren’t paid above and beyond, but so tired of wasting my money because a simple order cannot be read. If all the meat is swapped there is most likely a dietary reason! Will not be returning.

Traveled to a completely different town since our TB doesn’t serve breakfast. Tried to be considerate and not show up last minute. But must not have been convenient for staff. They said “we stopped serving breakfast”. Tough Mother’s Day.

Negative stars. They’re “not allowed” to take your order. You can only order at their kiosks… but there is no discount for doing the job of the employees they’ve downsized to lower customer service.

Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch the meat was replaced with black bean. I did not ask for this.
Ordered a chicken quesadilla half of it was empty burnt shell.
I get messing up or omitting one thing but the team there literally found a way to screw up every item ordered in a unique way.

Drive thru employees were really nice. Service was fast and efficient and with a smile We went for the “bringing back the fans menu” $3 and under. The mexi-melt was really good. Hopefully this menu will be available for a while (hint hint Taco Bell) and the temporary trip down memory lane was so much fun

How do you mess things up so badly? No lettuce means NO LETTUCE. Do these people not read their systems? My soft tacos HAD LETTUCE. Thanks to either not reading or not thinking. These people ruined my Lunch as the lettuce is IN THE DAMN CHEESE.
