Do they not heat up tortillas at Taco Bell before they use them? This one doesn’t anyway. Spicy potato tacos are always always always cold and the potatoes are always super small and hard/crunchy for some reason. And then I have to go for the vegetarian options because their meat gives me the bubble guts every time

Coming from someone who worked in food service for 4 years, I’m not sure whats so hard about reading words on a screen and just making that order. I’ve had consistent issues, specifically with the doritos locos tacos. Today I ordered EXTRA beef and this is what I got in the picture. Before this, I’ve ordered beef AND chicken, and had only beef or chicken, never both.

Placed an order through the app and had it delivered. The lazy employees who were working ran out of ground beef, and instead of making more, thought that I wouldn’t realize that there was no meat added to my food. Then they had the audacity to have the phone turned off, so anyone who called to complain couldn’t get through.

Visited this morning for breakfast. Food was fresh and very tasty. The coffee was even better. The crew is always excellent, especially the young man at the drive thru window this morning. Very friendly and always has a smile.

Their nacho cheese is really watered down at this location, so much so that it ruins the food, not only the cheese cups. Also, their chips have this weird taste. The workers are nice though. I’ll probably just avoid this location.

It’s a pretty decent Taco Bell. The food came out remarkably quickly. They COULD have taken an extra 20 seconds to put a bit more in the burritos but still in the better 70% of the Taco Bells I have been to.

I don’t understand what is going on with the night crew but they need to get it together or get retrained. EVERY TIME we go at night there’s always something wrong with our order. Tonight we ordered 2 orders of the new street tacos. Didn’t make that right. It was only meat and cheese, no sauce on it. Got a Mexican pizza with sour cream. Didn’t get the sour cream. Paid for it but was left out. Couldn’t get the drinks right. I could understand if they were busy but it wasn’t.
