If I could give it zero stars I would, everything from the management, to the service provided, to the food being handed out, everything about this place screams unprofessionalism. I’ve been going to this specific Taco Bell for almost 8 years and never has it ever been so dysfunctional. I can understand making food wrong but the flat out refusal to make it right with the customer and the denial of accountability is outrageous. And this breakfast that was served to me was just a straw that broke the camel’s back. I have never been served by such unprofessional food preparers, I know with 100% certainty that they would not feed the food that they give out to their mom cause it would be insulting.

There is always something wrong when I come to this Taco bell!! Never have I ever been told our system is down in drive thru?? I thought all the systems are the same? As she talks to me through the speaker and still is passing out food through the window. And asked me to come inside to order my food. So not only did she not take my order. But I had to sit in the line I was stuck in because apparently the system was down in drive thru? So why would you not take my order and the front register then so your drive thru can remain open not everyone has time or wants to come in. Crazy I’m tired of it I won’t be back this was the last straw for me.

the new interiors are kinda sad and i ordered a singular taco and it took them 25 minutes, i was going to be late for something so i just left. thankfully the wasted taco hits taco bell’s corporate balance sheet and not mine bc they can’t manage it correctly, love this new system of being able to order whatever i want with cash and then leave before i have to pay

I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande it only took me less than 2 minutes to eat at because it was not full. I sat in line for 5 minutes and I did not receive it hot it was not busy also I can’t scan my receipt because the person ripped off the numbers that you are supposed to scan to receive your Rewards I asked for another receipt they printed out one that had no barcode to scan never again

Food was absolutely on point but sadly that is the only good thing about this location. From the overly loud AI taking your orders to the employee who was as cold as the temperature outside. Sadly it was the only Taco Bell that serves breakfast in the area, it was the only reason I chose this spot, a mistake I won’t be making again.

No fault of the staff working there…
I left a bit worked up trying to place my order to the drive through “AI” system. Found myself shouting and talking slower trying to get it to understand. I DEFINITELY should have asked for a person.

Even if service is stellar tacobell is great even if staff is total slacker non working walking attitudes , taco bell is awesome… Some better than others this one on Corruna Rd is pretty darn good!

I went there last week and ordered like 29 dollars worth of food they didn’t put 3 of my burritos in my bag and I drove off and I called them they hung up on me so I went to the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do and I had my receipt they messed up and straight up said there was nothing they would do vary unprofessional I’ll never go back to this 1 and I wouldn’t recommend any to go to this restaurant late at night the manager is terrible

My credit card was charged $50 for food on 10/30/2025 drive thru that I didn’t order. I asked for a receipt and was told they didn’t have any receipt paper.
