Clean location with great staff. Food has always been fresh and delicious. Bonus: they will sell you a cup of steak; our rescue kitten’s favorite food. EVERYONE is always happy when we decide to stop here for lunch.

Very unsatisfied with the service. Out of large cups? I understand… Out of ice??? Unheard of. Didn’t remake my chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito when I asked for no fiesta strips claimed “they’re already made” kept making me hold on saying my order even tho I wasn’t even going that fast. I don’t know if someone was training but I was trying to be as patient as possible. Young lady at the window was nice for the most part and gave me a free drink for the trouble. Doesn’t solve my problems tho.

The people were nice but they were slow, more concerned with themselves and their phones than making food. When the burritos came out there was literally 2 tiny peices of steak. The burrito shell wrapped around itself twice it was so empty. We had to order multiple meals per person because there was hardly any food in them and we had to wait for 20-30 minutes each time we ordered a meal and the restaraunt was empty. I would never go back.

Everything was pretty good! The Grilled cheese steak burrito was a little small and the dorito Loco tacos were thrown together a little messy BUT, it tasted pretty good. Better than alot of the fast food places I frequent. I work on the road OFTEN so I’m constantly at drive-throughs, restaurants and hotels.

I had ordered delivery thru the app. The driver claimed they told him the order was down amf he couldnt deliver my food. When I called taco bell they said that wasn’t the case at all and that they had my order ready. So I told them I would come get it. Well another driver tried picking up the order and the taco bell worker told them no and waited for me, which I appreciated so so much!!! What great workers to make sure I got my food since the drivers weren’t holding up their end. Thank you 2nd shift at taco bell on Pierson road!!!

I used to be a shift manager here, n let me just tell u The general manager Sara is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person I’ve seen in my entire life, beyond rude n ignorant. N the sad part is tht I have just bout 9 yrs of management experience with taco bell n this location is absolutely 100% THE WOST location I’ve ever stepped foot into. If this location doesn’t close down they should definitely replace tht “so called general manager Sara” the absolute worst person ice ever met in my life.

Got the new double steak grilled cheese burrito!!!!! Worst mistake I’ve made in life so far!!!!! Steak was rubbery, the little that was on there and jammed packed with rice instead. Not sure if it was even steak, had tv dinners with better protein options.all the cheese on the outside of burrito was stuck to some paper they had it wrapped in,i mean all of it.!!!!Get it together guys
