During the day the service is very good but at night people have attitudes treat you like shit and give you the wrong food all night. It’s absolutely disturbing. I just wanted food for my kid and they gave me everything but what I wanted and I had them even read the order back to me. It’s insane. My son is spit it out because there was supposed to be no spicy sauce and this was supposed to be chicken. I also ordered myself a number three steak with avocado ranch and an orange cream soda. They gave me steak soft tacos with no avocado ranch and an extra orange cream soda with no cream. What kind of sense does that make I spent About $40 and nothing was right maybe y’all should just close down for the night cause this ain’t the first time something like this has happened and I called and asked for a refund or something they hung up in my face

I usually don’t have a bad review for this location but I had one of the worst experiences this night. I went to order at the kiosk and I was trying to order the supreme box but it didn’t show on the kiosk so I thought they didn’t have it. I settled for the lux box instead. Once I placed my order I noticed on the lounge menu that they did have the supreme box. So I brought it to the attention of one the associates and he told the guys making the order to change to the box I wanted. The guys prepping the order had an attitude. Once I got my order I explained to them that they gave me some of the wrong items. One of the cook gave me an attitude which also caused the other customers to feel uncomfortable. Dude’s attitude was so poor that one of the other people waiting said that they were going to file a complaint on her mobile app. She also was making a complaint because they had her waiting longer than the people that ordered before her.

This Taco Bell seemed clean. I don’t like how since the pandemic you can’t even talk to a human anymore you just have to go into these places and type in your order on the kiosk, which is fine for somebody if they get just your order off the menu just as it is, but for somebody like myself that has gluten sensitivity and vegetarian diet there’s modifications that need to happen that are often not possible on the kiosk and the workers in the back are so robotic and stuck in their groove of their job that it often takes them 5+ minutes to notice that you’re even standing in the front and another five minutes for them to detach themselves from the conveyor belt.

I stopped at this Taco Bell once a week. There is also someone different working the drive-thru.
However, every single person that I encounter is Oh so nice! They greet me with a smile and end with pleasantries.

Spent over 20 bucks tonight and was given dried out flaky flat bread quesadilla’s and 2 chicken quesadilla’s with no cheese. The person at the drive thru window was short and rude. Not to mention when ordering, there is a spotlight that shines in your eyes right next to the menu. Wont be going back and do not recommend. Hear this warning. Worst tacobell I’ve ever been to.

I’d rather drive to Belsay Road even though Dort is closer. Every time I come to Dort Hwy there’s a problem with my order. This time there was more sour cream than meat on my Doritos Locos Taco combo. The shells were stale. And my cheesy Gordita crunch was old, dry and crusty. I ate part of it because I dropped $15.00 on it. However it wasn’t even worth it. Also sir had an attitude problem because I was a little slow at ordering food he cut off the girl who was trying to take my order in the drive thru and I wasn’t even finished but I’m glad I didn’t waste a dime more.

This particular location appears to slowly be going downhill, but that’s to be expected with the tihs-show that the Taco Bell corporate is. The food is hit or miss, with corporate maintaining it’s major disconnect with it’s target audience. (Really, why are they putting so much emphasis on menu items that failed 20 years ago, instead of offering a consistent menu that doesn’t break the bank?)
Taco Bell used to be an excellent choice for those in a budget. Now, they are among the MOST expensive fast food options available. McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, and several others are far cheaper options, especially with their fantastic offers through their apps. (Most offer something like a 20-25% discount when using the app.) Taco Bell, on the other hand, not only refuses to compete using the All-Mighty-Dollar, but offers little to no discounts through their app.
Taco Bell’s app, as a whole, is a complete mess. The app is slow to load, frequently boots user logins, or makes it problematic to even login, to begin with. They offer nothing close to their competitors with coupons or discounts. AND, their loyalty program is a complete joke. While others (like McDonald’s or Wendy’s) provide a robust system to collect points through purchases that can then be used on a large variety of menu items, Taco Bell’s program is closer to a scam than anything resembling a reward.
Taco Bell requires users to reach milestones in order to make use of their points. (Typically, 500 points collected.) Once that milestone is reached, Taco Bell forces the user to convert those points into a pathetically small selection (such as a bean burrito or plain crunchy taco). They cannot save those points for a better reward later, and now only have 30 days to collect on that bean burrito, or lose the reward. Their competitors allow users 1 year to make use of their points and can turn them in for full sandwiches and other items that they would typically buy.
TLDR: Taco Bell has managed to slowly morph from a consumercentric fast food provider that focused on being a budget friendly, into a greedy and overpriced conglomerate that views their customers as little more than cattle in which to fill their already over-bloated pockets with. Their app is the worst in the fast food world, and their menu is one of the most expensive. Even their “Loyalty” program is simply a giant middle finger shoved up the noses of their customers.

Asked for light ice, got a cup almost full of ice. My tacos were wet, not sure why??? I also asked for mild sauce and she gave me hot and fire instead. Weird.

I asked for extra cheese and sour cream on my nacho bellgrande. It looked like they put less meat to make it look like they put extra on it. It also came with a taco but I had to pay extra for that and to add sour cream. There was no sour cream on the taco.

Nobody in line in front of me nobody in line behind me so there’s absolutely no reason I made a mobile order 15 ago that I shouldn’t have just pulled up grabbed my food and pulled off. 3 employees in here standing at the front counter. What’s the point of using the app if I still gotta wait when I get there.
