I’d give zero stars if I could… I had a doordash delivery and I forgot to add that I didn’t want sauce on something so I called them.. And I got hung up on several times and the woman was rude and said that she can’t change the order and that my doordash was already there to get it. No he wasn’t. And yes you can change the order. How hard is it to just take sauce off? It wasn’t made yet so I don’t understand. I tried calling back and I got hung up on again. Such rude service. I called to complain and talked to the manager and she hung up on me. Totally professional.

If you like your order taken by a “robot” (they’re too cheap to hire a real person) and when you say “and thats’ all” when you’re done ordering and the robot keeps asking you if you want this or that even after you say no, then you get your food with very little toppings on the chips, then have to pay over $20.00 for a 2 person combo meal, this is the place to go! Other Taco Bells are the same way. 🙁

The young workers there need an attitude adjustment. They are not entitled but need to stop and think before they open their mouth and be snotty to the customer. Word of mouth will kill your business. I won’t be back. Don’t blame the customer for what you, the worker, do wrong.

The location is convenient and used the drive thru. If anyone doesn’t know they have $1 drinks during their daily 2-5 happy hour so gotta take advantage of the regular size freezes or fountain drinks they offer.
I ordered the rolled chicken tacos 2 pack. They offered 2 dipping sauces of spicy ranch or guacamole w/the chopped tomatoes. I got the guacamole. Whoa the size was quite small and disappointing. The taste was ok reminded me of something you would find at a gas station. It was more of a snack size so maybe the 4 pack would be more filling. Well and that’s if you like the greasiness of them.

Went through the drive-thru, the gentleman who took our order had a hard time comprehending what we were ordering. Then ended up getting it wrong. Ordered both tacos without lettuce. Only one came without lettuce. Then the burrito we got was wrong as well. A completely different burrito than what we ordered.
Once we got the food, the taste wasn’t so bad, but the chicken quesadilla was mainly just cheese. It had maybe 3 bites of chicken. And it wasn’t even cut. So trying to tear it apart was a whole mess in itself.
To put simply, wasn’t the best Taco Bell I’ve been to.

I placed my order thru drive-thru, first of they messed my drink order up! They didn’t give me my receipt or napkins! I didn’t discover the drink was incorrect until I was driving away. So I drove back thru drive-thru to get that corrected, got a wrong drink again!!! I tried to check my order before I left but someone was behind me and the food was all poorly wrapped, so I couldn’t tell that I was missing (4 items)! Got home and called SEVERAL times and it would just ring until it hung up! FINALLY someone answered and they said come up to get the rest of my order! Then when I got there the girl was rude to me and said that they don’t give receipts unless asked for and then closed the window when I was still talking (I was being very polite) so I sat there until she finally opened the window again, she was extremely rude to me and again closed the window in my face! I will never go back there again!!! RUDE AND INCOMPLETES!!!
