This review is a cumulative review about this location over the past 5 years. My experience at this Taco Bell is that most times the wait time for your food is annoyingly long, getting an order messed up here is almost a norm, and the workers aren’t the nicest(doesn’t include every worker). Let me just say this, I actively avoid going to this location and will go to the metamora location instead. The bad experiences I’ve had here outweigh the good by a ton.

Honestly corporate needs to get involved with how horrible the time to get food is this is my 3rd time in this line waiting over 30 mins for food and even ordering from the mobile app as well. The people are super nice. But just sitting here now I have seen 3 people leave waiting. Its really bad doesnt matter what time of day it is. You can never leave this place less then 30 minutes

I only write this review because im sick of throwing away food and having to get it replaced. Their taco and other shells are consistently rancid. You can smell it when you open the package. Really sad. This is why I dont eat taco bell much. This reaffirms my reason not to go here. Months ago I had the same issue and decided not to come here.

They’ve gotten better since I last went. The last time I went, my crunchwrap was burnt. This time my cantino burrito wasn’t full, but that is pretty standard for this chain, but the food was hot and not overcooked like before.

Stopped in for a quick drink and cheesy roll up. Stood at the counter for a few minutes with absolutely no help. So I pulled my phone out and ordered in the app for pick up. I proceeded to wait another 5 or so minutes more to get my order. The associates didn’t greet any customer walking in. More than once customers were left waiting at the counter with zero help. When I did get my order I open the bag and the food wasn’t hot. I use to frequent this location a lot when I lived in the area, but I certainly won’t be back. There are 4 screens to order from but it definitely doesn’t speed up the service. I counted 3 handicap tables. The dine in area was clean, but the bathroom was not. If you want taco bell I would find another location.

I visited this Taco Bell and had a good experience overall. The food was prepared fresh and tasted just the way I expected, and the menu had plenty of options to choose from. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful, which made the visit enjoyable. The only downside was that the wait time was longer than expected, which made the experience feel a bit slow. Aside from that, everything else was very good and I would definitely return to this location.

I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and it was pretty much everything but meat. I didn’t enjoy it and it’s not the first time. Y’all really need to do better. It doesn’t matter what time it is and if you don’t wanna make more meat, it’s your job, you’re a restaurant, you’re paid for it. So get the job done.

As most have stated, this has to be the slowest Taco Bell in the state. Whether it’s drive thru or counter. Employees have no go and spend most the time just talking to each other.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I thought it would be important for your company to know, My husband was just there at 2am before closing time, on 10/23/25. The sign said open and nobody was there. He drove around the building, he even walked up to a window and saw all the lights on and even the drive-thru AI was taking orders. Thankfully he noticed that the doors were locked, but he was very confused that they were supposed to be open and said that they were and yet nobody was there. Talk about spooky and irresponsible.
