Quite possibly had the best taco bell experience in my life!! The workers were all so nice, friendly, hard working, and efficient, I was in and out in under a minute. The food was so fresh and delicious, I just can’t get over how much better it was than at other locations. I’m so impressed

This was supposed to be a cheesy roll up. When I went back to let them know and show them, they rudely told me they can’t take it back. Then they proceeded to shut the window and laugh with the other employees about it. I did get a replacement but it was poorly made as well. Also, no sorry or anything.

Some of these 5 star reviews must be staged , this place is horrible , yes the foods better because the franchise owner cares abt his bonus for new locations, workers are rude , clearly overwhelmed with work standards slow and no people friendly staff minus maybe 2 , customers are not there first priority at this location especially if yout ordering inside . They are more worried abt the drive thru times and quotas rather than taking a customers order that’s been standing there. Watching you scramble for umpteen minutes

They have improved so much since opening in December (to be expected.) We have not used the drive thru but the employees inside are always courteous and when there is an error always quick to fix. Keep up the good job!

I ordered 4 orders of some combo boxes for some buddies on the night shift. The lady said I ordered too much food and I should’ve called. I’m sorry ma’am but if I got paid $16.25+ at a Taco Bell. I would not be overreacting like that. Please management do something about these lazy workers and get them to understand we have lives too.

This has been my second time ordering from the new Taco Bell and I must say I am very impressed! The staff is incredible! The line workers throwing the food together do it with lots of care, quality and pride! This I haven’t seen at any other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The assistant manager is always awesome and very polite and always making sure we are happy before we leave the store. Since I only go there in the late afternoon/ evening the crew at that time are my absolute favorites! ❤️❤️ thank you Taco Bell!
