First image is a ‘steak quesedilla’ with 4 whole strips, with the paper wrapped into it. Second is a ‘crunchwrap supreme’, with no beans. And the last is a veggie bowl, with no veggies. Their phone goes to voicemail, but background audio is audible. We’ve written this location off. Go to Holly or Hartland if you want your actual order.

Tore down a new building to build a new building.. service is absolutely atrocious, food is horrible, everything is either out of stock ever since the grand opening or unavailable. Right off the rip you can see that the restaurant is not taken care of with food smeared all over the floor. Portions are non-existent. Employees don’t want to be there despite their wages, there is no such thing as a value menu anymore, it is cheaper to go to a real restaurant with the family.

Had a doordash. Waited in line for 25 minutes the line was massively backed up. Got the window finally and they refused to make it. Don’t go here they are absolutely the worst fast food workers ever. How can you refuse to make a door dash especially after waiting line for that long??? Literally heard the guy say no I’m not making that. Sir why do you have your door dash tablet on then? Why not turn it off if you are having that much trouble? Completely and utterly ridiculous. Biggest waste of time. This taco bell shouldn’t be in business or the employees at 10pm on Sunday February 22nd 2026 shouldn’t be working there. Absolutely dumbfounded.

I have NEVER been to a worse Taco Bell in my life. You pull in and no one comes to take your order, the line does not move at all, and you can literally sit there for an hour with absolutely no explanation. There is zero communication, zero urgency, and clearly zero management.
When you finally do get service, the workers are rude and act like you’re an inconvenience for even being there. Then, after waiting forever, they basically throw your food into the bag with no care at all — items smashed, sloppy, and poorly put together.
This place is beyond ridiculous. Fast food is supposed to be FAST, not a complete waste of time. The lack of professionalism and customer service here is unbelievable. I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated poorl

I see it’s run by the same incompetent workers that can’t take basic orders and make sure you get the right stuff. I stopped going to this location 5 years ago because of how pathetic the workers were. I see nothing’s changed with the new restaurant. Thanks for screwing up my order…This location sucks!!!

I literally waited in the drive-through line for 30 minutes and then the cashier just seemed like she was uninterested in her job, but the food wasn’t bad though I wanted something else. I’ll definitely be going elsewhere next time.

Didn’t get part of my order I paid for. The part I did get was wrong. Not sure how you look at a ticket and then just ignore everything it says but apparently they don’t train very well here. Place has gone downhill ever since they redid it. I have to worry about contaminated food at the Linden location but at least they give you what you ordered.
