Consistently out of ingredients. Employees friendly enough but too busy socializing with people standing at the pick up counter to pay attention to getting your order correct. They did get my bowl customization correct but completely forgot my refresca.

Every single time I come here there’s always something wrong with my order. I truly try not to complain as I am a server myself but they are always forgetting something like nacho cheese for the nacho fries, sauce, or even a taco. It’s just out of hand. And every single time I try to call and let them know they never seem to answer the phone. I mean like they forget things I pay for. And it gets old with this place. This is the only Taco Bell I’ve had that seems to have a problem. Fix your store.

There is no way to get in contact with a general manager, so I am hoping they may see this review. This location is CONSISTENTLY out of Baja Blast from fountain and mild sauce. The admin staff doing the supply order for the store cannot do their job sufficiently. Issue needs to be addressed, I will drive the extra miles to the State Rd. location in the meantime.

So, I went in for a single Cheesy Double Beef Burrito for takeout, and when I got my bag i noticed there were not one, but two burritos. Upon closer inspection it’s quite clear while making the first burrito it exploded into a goopy mess, but instead of just handing me the mess of a burrito, they remade my food without even bothering me about it AND gave me both the exploded burrito and the perfectly rolled burrito, without charging me extra. Made my day 🙂

Much impressed. I came expecting classic T bell, this stuff was exceptional sober LOL…. Pulled in at 9pm on a Monday, nobody in line, ordered the two newest menu items and had my food as quick as I could pay. Both my burrito and soft taco were picture perfect, hot, tasty, well filled, and burrito a pleasant crisp. I asked for sauce and the polite man working the drive threw in a few extra too! 10/10

They only get your order right in the morning. The last three times I’ve ordered during third shift they’ve given incorrect meats and not paid attention to customizations on my orders. I’m not asking for no jalapeño sauce to be picky, I can’t eat it!

My recent experience with Taco Bell left much to be desired. Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the nacho fries, a staple of my meal, were carelessly thrown into the bag, resulting in crushed and soggy fries. It was evident that the food packaging was inadequate to protect the integrity of the fries during transit. Additionally, the delivery service seemed to have mishandled the order, exacerbating the problem. Overall, the improper handling of the nacho fries significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable Taco Bell experience.

My husband and I just had here. The staff was great…quick and everything was fresh and hot. We will definitely go back. We even spoke to the manager to tell him that the restaurant was nice and clean plus the service was good.
