I did a pick up order and when I got my food I was missing the Cinnabon and salsa Verde packets. My wild strawberry freeze was red on the bottom and frozen lemonade on top. The quesadilla was inside out or they put the cheese on the outside, the Mexican pizza was squished into the lid and had a huge glob of refried beans in the bottom. When I went in to pick it up there were no employees out where you could see them so I had to stand around and wait for them to come out to get a drink carrier. The food was ice cold and either hard or soggy. It was a very horrible experience and as I work near by I eat lunch there a lot and have never had this experience in the afternoon. Very disappointing.

Really clean and calm environment. The staff were really professional and quiet. I’ve been to a few places where the kitchen crew is loud, rowdy and disruptive- that was not the case here. This is honestly one of the best Taco Bell locations I’ve been to.

Taco bell is well, taco bell so that’s a 4. The AI ordering is creepy, weird, and too much like a phone call support service and there’s never any sauce packets…. that they ask you for…. when I get my bag. Like not one time in 6 years. So it’s a 1.

Do not visit this Taco Bell. If you do, plan on getting mostly tortillas and taco shells with almost no filling. I’ve been twice recently, and the same issue, tacos literally have a sprinkle of meat, lettuce and cheese. I took a bite from the middle of the tacos, something I’d never done before, and had to throw out the rest as it was all shell.
