Absolute Ripoff – Stale Food, Shrinking Portions, Insane Prices
Taco Bell has officially gone from “cheap and filling” to highway robbery. The food is stale, the portions are pathetic, and the prices are absurd. What used to be a value joint is now a joke.
I spent $21 for a sad, dried-out chicken bowl, a tiny quesadilla, and a drink, and walked away still hungry. For that price, you could get a full meal at a real restaurant, triple the food, and actual flavor.
Taco Bell has doubled their prices and halved their portions—effectively making your meal FOUR TIMES more expensive than it was just a few years ago. And somehow, the quality has gotten even worse. Add on top of that the only decent thing they had (breakfast) they removed. It’s a waste of space in Milford which is sorely lacking choice and decent variety for fast food.
This isn’t just disappointing, it’s insulting. I’ll never waste money here again. Total scam. You’ve lost a lifelong customer.

Don’t go to this store after 10 pm, food has ALWAYS been cold when I went each time. This last time, got probably half a bite of meat in the quesarito I ordered this previous time plus it being cold. Service gets two stars since it was fast, it’s clear why it was fast. Not going here again until something changes. I’m sure the current employees that work there at that those hours will be happy with that arrangement. Store should close at 10

I came through the drive-thru for a late night run after the gym and ordered three doritos tacos and chicken tenders. Asked for everything dropped fresh, and WOW! The food tasted awesome! Outstanding tenders and the tacos had plenty of beef and avocado ranch. Great work guys!

Worst customer service. Ordered a black bean burrito like I do every time. There was meat in it. I brought it back and they said “are you sure?” Yes I’m sure. They don’t say sorry about that or anything. They re make it. They then make us check that it’s right and then ask if there are any other issues. I say “yes the customer service could use some work, usually you’d say sorry for this mistake”. I walk away and he tells my husband “I feel sorry for you”

I moved to Milford about a year ago and stopped by for a snack. I expected what you get all Taco Bells. Garbage service and sloppy food
Not at this location.
I am firmly convinced this is the best Taco Bell in the nation. Why?
– Let’s start with the landscaping and architecture. It has Roman columns and pristinely kept foliage.
– There is never a long line.
– The service is a 10! I’ve had my order handled by various people and they are all nice and professional. I’ve gotten multiple “just because” discounts and free food. Amazing.
– And the food. The burritos are legit perfectly rolled and packed. No skimping at all. It’s elevated Taco Bell my friends.
Let’s put it this way. I don’t really consider Taco Bell to be Mexican food. But now when I’m in Milford, and I want Mexican, this specific location is in my consideration set.
Kudos to whomever is running this store. They know what they are doing.

So, this Taco Bell is the fastest taco bell in like 50 mile radius for sure! HOWEVER, of the ~3 years ive been going here… I dont think my order has ever once been 100% right LOL!!!!! My usual order is a #6 chicken chalupa combo, and i ask to swap the beef with chicken on the taco that comes with it, because i dont like beef… So, Today, was probably the funniest screw up yet… i get 2 normal chalupas, but i notice the taco looks thin and yup literally just chicken, nothing else on the taco LOL!!!!! Past screw ups that are common… are i still end with a beef taco. Last time i was given a chicken taco, but then they screwed up the chalupas and put beef on those eventhough standard is coming with chicken. Sometimes its almost been right, but then notice theres no sourcream on the chalupa or no cheese on the taco or something… If my bf is with me, he also orders a #6 but without tomatoes. If i order mine with his, Mine will ALSO end up without tomatoes even if i specifically repeat its just for one of the combos, OR they still both come with tomatoes lol…. i think one time they got it right, but messed up the drink, and another time they forgot the cinannbon delights… LOL… I have never gone back to return my order cuz its just not worth it… but just saying… it’d be nice to to eat from this tacobell and not expect a surprise lol….. i feel liked im being punk’d sometimes So, good for speed, way faster than milford rd to the south, or hartland, or brighton, etc… i think its faster than the mcdonalds across the street sometimes… but its not always great on getting correct orders lolz…
