Horrible management 3 supreme chicken Chalupa and some other food . there is almost no chicken on it. This not what I paid. I take my chicken supreme chalupa to the Manager I asked if this is how much they put chicken on . She Respond yes If you want I can give you chicken onside. This is not my first time at Taco Bell I never had experience like this. I suggest nobody go there until their management change they do not know have to make right way the foods. I spend $69.

Dude working the drive thru tonight (3am) needs a raise or a promotion or whatever he wants cause FIRST of all- nicest guy ever. Secondly, ZERO issues with our order- it was hot and everything was in the bag. Man, I am so happy there’s still some people with great work ethic. You keep going, dude. Today we had a very pleasant experience at this Taco Bell location thanks to the new manager. He was extremely patient and very kind. My daughter is usually quick with her order, but today she had a long list since she wanted to use all of her coupons that were expiring today. It also helped that there was no one behind us in the drive-through for once. The manager patiently listened to her entire order and adjusted the add-ons as needed. We truly appreciate the excellent service and positive experience.

So tonight my partner brought to my attention that lady taking orders in the drive through was touching alot in the same gloves. We watched through the drive through window as she and another lady came from the kitchen area with gloves on. Did something with gloves on and after doing a task, that requires you to change and get new gloves. They kept them on.
After touching a trash can and then taking the bag out and tying it. The same gloves stayed on. The lady at the Window, she touched our Money, Trash, and then our food bag…who knows what before then.

Whoever was working at 9pm tonight that took my order, 10/10. Bro had the best and most infectious energy- made my night.

Taco bell is way more expensive than I expected. The quality is good, the tacos have a little more filling than they used to. The wait for your food seems to be longer than anticipated. The plus side is they are open later than most fast food places.

I first want to start off by saying that I am aware that this Taco Bell was very short staffed yesterday. I saw that there was a long line ahead of me and was expecting to wait maybe like 15-20 minutes max. What I was not expecting is that when I went to the drive through after waiting there for 15 minutes I’m told they don’t see my order. They told me to come inside the building so I do. They ask me three times if I ordered to the correct location and I show them on the app that it is but the cashier makes me look up the location on google maps for him to confirm it’s the right Taco Bell. Then after 5-10 minutes of trying to find my order I placed 30minutes ago now they say that they see it and just walk away leaving me confused and not knowing what the update is with my order. These customers come inside the store while I’m waiting and it’s gotta be 50 minutes since I placed my order and the customers that just got there get their food after waiting 10 minutes. I get upset and go to the counter and ask the cashier how much longer it will take and that I’ve basically placed my order an hour ago and I’m very upset because it is almost midnight now and that I’m very hungry and tired. The cashier doesn’t seem apologetic at all and just quietly says “sorry about that”. I also ask him why it’s taking so long and if he forgot about my order. He tells me they’re just going in order from the time people placed it but I knew he was lying because the people who came in 40 minutes after me ordering got their food first. 10 minutes after that my food is finally ready and the cashier unconfidently ask me if I want a drink. If you’re going to offer me something have it be a coupon or maybe a dessert. I’ve already ordered two drinks why would I need another? I went home very tired and sad cause I wasn’t planning on having dinner at midnight. Usually this is my go to Taco Bell but I am very very upset with last nights experience. Also I don’t know if they’re cleaning that place properly because it had a very funky smell the second I stepped in.

Customers, waiting for food, while workers are on their phone and outside, talking to their friends. While outside, they still had their gloves on that they prepare food with you can see from the pictures attached the place was very dirty. You can tell from the pictures, customers and employees have food all over the tables and nothing was picked up. I know this is a fast food restaurant and I shouldn’t expect much from it, but this is the dirtiest place I have ever seen when it comes to fast food. The workers don’t care and clearly neither does the manager. The ice machine wasn’t working and all the drinks in the fountain area were watered down. There was one specific girl that was in her phone sitting in the floor. The food was soggy and stuck to the paper. Unfortunately, I had to stay there and eat. we were driving for a while and my kids were crying because they wanted Taco Bell. Just a side note, the bathrooms were actually very clean.

I put in an online order at 6:10 pm and got there at 6:30. They hadn’t even started working on the food yet (it should’ve been done by then). Mind you there were two other people in there and nobody was in the drive thru. They were judgemental about me getting two tacos and were fat shaming me. They acted frustrated that they had to do their job. My friends received their order but I hadn’t yet. As I’m sitting there a man walks in and places an order. He got his food 5 mins later as I had still not gotten mine. Do not trust her
