I don’t usually eat Taco Bell on a daily basis, but only after a few weeks or months. The lady at the Taco Bell stand at 12 Oaks Mall on Novi is very nice and a professional staff as well! The food was great and the atmosphere was on-par!

This was not my first time of bad experience at this location so I feel it is the time to leave a review. I ordered two cheese quesadillas and nacho fries , both quesadillas were half empty with no cheese nor sauce ( I felt that I ordered two tortillas for $11.98) and the amount of the fries was less than usual. When I went back to tell the cashier, she didn’t care and even she didn’t bother to say sorry.

Do not order using delivery from any service. The food always (in bold with exclamatino marks) arrives soggy and the drinks ice has melted. They must premake their items. If there is one fast food that is worse then the rest with soggy it is Taco Bell. There is another store locally that I have ordered from for a long time and they get it right everytime, they make it fresh for every order. The Taco Bell app will not let me choose the store that I am ordering from. I have sent a message to Taco Bell corporate but they just replied with a coupon. Still emailing with them but a coupon for soggy food is worthless. I wish I could give 0 stars but not an option.

Place is ran by a bunch of clowns. Continuously have the wrong order or missing items, and they just toss your food around with no care in the world. My food looked like a young child made it. Employees seem to not care at all about customers. Time for new management at this one. Go elsewhere!

I have to say I was quite surprised by the crunchy beef tacos I purchased. These were the best Taco Bell tacos I have ever had! Never thought I would say this about a location in a mall. The beef filling was nice and hot with a decent texture. Usually, the meat is lukewarm and mushy but not on these tacos. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the sour cream just the right amount. This Taco Bell got it right!

Food is good they charge you for fresco and say they don’t have fresco. Tomatoes don’t cost more then cheese. The manager is the one that did it too. I think they need to figure out the proper rules. Also the beans were dry and not the proper consistency. Needs more bun water.

I was couple there of weeks back. I ordered a Mexican Pizza with extra cheese and fiesta potatoes. I’ve been ordering the same thing from past 6 years. Added lot of extra pizza sauce. And COLD and OLD potatoes. When I went there to complain about it non of them really cared about my order. Said sorry with an attitude and told me that they ran out of potatoes and that’s how they usually make maxucan pizza. Horrible service. Horrible employees. LOVE Taco Bell but DO NOT recommend this location.

This is legit the best Taco Bell in the area! Everything comes out fresh and looks exactly like the photos like they pack the stuff full. They are all super kind and professional and handle mall rushes like champs! Also this location has Dr. Pepper!
