ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TACO BELL. I’ve been to many locations and this specific Taco Bell has been nothing but a night mare. If you plan on spending your whole Saturday to pick up a mobile order then this is a perfect spot for you. I don’t care that this is the closest location to me I will not be coming back here

Listen! I visited this location and ordered 2 hard taco supremes and when I tell you that these were by far the best tacos I have ever had in my 40 years!!!!! From start to finish my experience was good. The young lady with the blue hair (don’t know her name) took my order so pleasantly, was very polite when I arrived at the window to pay and had the nerve to hand me a bag of freshly made tacos… YUMMY! I instantly pulled over in a spot and ate both right then and there, couldn’t even make it home. I had to place a phone call asking “who made the tacos” and the young lady that answered was the one to make them. Her name was Tati. I gave her many compliments.
I am being this extreme because customer service and good fast food doesn’t seem to exist anymore so well done ladies!

I ordered on the app at 4:30, got here at 4:41 and it’s now 4:55 still no food. I am the only car here mind you. I got a box so it’s just beefy burrito, hard taco, twists, and a drink. I’m genuinely confused there is no one inside either what are they doing. A car pulled up behind me and I feel so bad I want to tell her leave before you pay.

I have been to pretty much all nearby Taco Bells and have to say that this one is the best one. Chalupas taste really good here, whereas at the other places they are always over burnt. Same goes with the cheesy fiesta potatoes as well, the texture here is perfect, whereas at the other places it’s dry, hard and over burnt.

Consistently pushing 15 minutes PER CAR even with small orders. Great place to go if you want to spent an hour in the drive thru with only 3-4 cars ahead of you. This is by far the SLOWEST drive thru I’ve been to and they just don’t care.

3 :45 am 12/9/25 Went to the drive thru. Noticed 5 people sitting in the dinning room.; When the lady asked me if I was a dash driver or using the mobile app I said no and she said that is the only way we are doing orders!! Since when does this location or other location do not accept cash or credit cards and only two ways to order or pay?? What heck is going on at this location? This is not the first time I was told and I am sure others have issues. Might be time to sell it back to corporation !!! Since when does a taco bell have only two ways to pay and does not take cash or a credit card?????
