Absolutely rude lazy and I don’t enter establishments to work. I do not appreciate having to spend 10 minutes trying to find my order on a kiosk when I asked for help she was more than willing to help me with a little bit of attitude, but then when she walked away, apparently the transaction didn’t go through so I stood in line for 10 minutes was late on my lunch break and decided I no longer want Taco Bell if I’ve got to work 15 minutes to get an order and then clearly can’t even get it right and can’t get any assistance and I’m told we don’t have a cash drawer. I can’t help you so explain to me if somebody walks into your establishment in peace cash you tell them that they can’t pay because they can’t order at your kiosk. You must lose an incredible amount of business between your route staff and the ridiculous kiosks.

Best Taco Bell in the area. Who cares about the wait when they are super nice and take allot of care with your food. The one time they left something out was when they were slammed and they had no problem fulfilling the rest of my order.

Unfortunately, I have to give this Taco Bell a 1 star review. I waited 25 mins and my order was not made. I then asked if they got my order and showed them my receipt. Even though I was in the lobby the whole time and had a receipt, the manager still seemed very skeptical of me. They decided to make more order, and then completely give me the wrong items. I gave up and took what they gave me and left. I wasn’t even being and I wasn’t mad. I get it, I work in IT. Computers mess up sometimes, but the way they handled it made me feel like I am the one who messed up. Please, anyone who loves Taco Bell please stay away from here. It just going to make you feel unwelcome and leave a bad taste in your mouth.

So, just stopped in after work to grab some quick dinner for the family. They were slammed, and dealing with power outtages. I took my own order at the kiosk, and paid cash at the front. Just saying, the gentleman named Josiay (not sure of the spelling) is an absolute Rockstar. He personally prepped my entire order which was $30+, cashed me out, had one of the BEST customer service auras I have seen in a very long time.

Only option to order was Kiosk I pick dine-in and did not get a tray. I messed up placing my order because I don’t work at Taco Bell if they’re going to force people to use the kiosk, give them a discount since the corporation is saving 20-30k a year not paying someone to do the orders if you do online orders you get discounts and perks Should be both ways
