This Taco Bell is right around the corner from my house so I’m a frequent customer. I used to tell anyone who would listen how great this location was. The staff was so friendly, my food was always hot and fresh, it was by far the best and most consistent experience I’ve had with any fast food restaurant. Not anymore! Within the last year or so, this place has gone downhill tremendously. Now every time I order, I’m either missing items, my food is cold, my drink is flat, or the customer service is just flat out AWFUL.
I submitted a corporate complaint about the guy working in drive thru for not speaking a single word to me, despite me being friendly to him. I never received a response, and that was on Jan. 24th. I recently went back to this location and the same guy was working again, and treated me the exact same way. I work in the service industry, so I know how stressful and frustrating these jobs can be, but this guy’s attitude is beyond ridiculous and offputting. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. I gave them many chances and they blew it every time. I’ll gladly drive to Auburn Hills if I want Taco Bell that badly.

Burnt Crispy Chicken. How you burn that is beyond me, it goes in a timed fryer.
Lack of ingredients in literally everything we ordered. Two pieces of steak in a Steak quesadilla, no sauce in it either literally two small steak pieces and cheese… for what we pay for this food you would expect to AT Least get your steak. Lack luster efforts to put food together.
The owner of this location needs to try their own food, I bet they don’t eat the food and it’s because it sucks.
Make your food better and tell me when you are ready and I’ll come back and give an updated review. Until then you can take $54 from me and keep this poor review.

I’ve consistently had great experiences at Taco Bell. Manager Maddie has always treated me with professionalism and respect, which really makes a difference. Service is efficient, and I never have to wait very long for my food.
It’s clear the team is well-managed, and I appreciate the consistency every time I come here. Highly recommend this location.

Tried going through the drive through on my bike and they didn’t answer which was a bummer. Thanks to the lady who checked me out! She was amazing. Got my taco and it was all smashed and it looked like someone just threw the ingredients on a tortilla. Great people, but just make your food with a little more love.

A truly disappointing taco bell location. Steak grilled cheese burrito is my regular order at every tacobell, a great benchmark for the quality. Half the length, one third solid tortilla and 3 bites of steak. Side of creamy jalapeño, almost a dollar, filled half of a 2oz sauce cup. A cheesy bean and rice I ordered was well made but still, regrettably small. Absolutely not worth driving on Broadway to get to. Would not come here again. Drive 8-15 minutes to orion or oxford to get better tacobell.

Came here at around 1:30am on 8/11. Place a mobile order for their new cheesey melt steak burrito and chipotle ranch steak burrito. Pull up to window and kid said they don’t have lettuce or sour cream. I said that find Idc about the lettuce and just put jalapeno sauce instead of sour cream. When I got home to open up my food it looked like a pile of . They but a couple small cold pieces of steak in both burritos and neither one of them had the right ingredients besides the lettuce and and sour cream. Essentially they were a couple cold tortillas with a few small pieces of cold steak and a little bit of rice. It tasted absolutely vile and threw it away. Will not be back to this location and will be contacting corporate tmrw. Do better!
Update: tried giving this location another chance and again was left with major disappointment. The burrito I received was literally cold, the tortilla was stale, and the size of it was barely bigger then a sauce packet. I also ordered nacho fries and the sauce cup I was given was barely filled up a third of the way of nacho cheese. Also ordered a side of creamy jalapeno sauce which costs $.65 and that was only filled up a quarter of the way. I asked an employee if I could get another one and instead of being helpful he argues with me. What a joke of an establishment.

Your Taco Bell is Not Good! I Got 3 Nacho bellgrandees & It was Awful..Not even a Cup of food & No Cheese on any one of them..The food Dish is SOOO Small Now- Then theirs no Food Hardly in the Dish. A Grown Person sure can’t fill up on your Quality of Food! We Surely Won’t be Back. I Can make a Better at home for Less Money $20** for my Meal & I’m Small & Could EAT 2 OF YOUR PORTIONS.

Last 3 orders of chips and cheese, the chips were stale. So today 2/6/2026 we got the cinnamon twist. And they have an after taste that is terrible. It reminds me of how drain cleaner smells.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at and it keeps getting worse. I’m not sure if it’s poor management or something else that has caused the decline but if you’re charging sit down restaurant prices you better not be passing off food that should be trashed. Using stale tortillas, dried out food and food not to temperature is dangerous and poor customer service. Time to just close this location because they no longer care!
