I ordered here last night, and received this crap . 4 tacos broke in half, only meat on one side of taco had no lettuce because they said 15 minute wait on lettuce. Never again.

Came in to pick up my mobile order placed at 5 which said it’ll be ready at 5:17… I arrived 2 minutes early…. Only to wait 9 minutes to even be acknowledged by crew who were busy talking and playing around. My fries were cold as heck and got a cool message on one of my boxes stating they didn’t have potatoes. You’d think they would have asked to substitute it with something else

Everytime we go through there we have an incident. This time we seem to have gotten someone else’s food… We were the only car there and ordered at the speaker.
When they first opened we were happy to see Taco Bell within a reasonable distance. But we’re really tired of wasting money there. They never handle complaints with poise. They literally talk about you among each other if you expect them to communicate or fix anything. I know because I walked in after waiting in the car for too long and they were openly talking about us. I’m not a disrespectful person. So I expect others to treat me with the same courtesy

I was rudely told I was “gonna be on hold for a minute” i sat at the drive thru window for 7 minutes with no response. When I decided to leave, 3 employees were hanging out in the front window. There were no cars in the parking lot at the time, and nobody else in the drive thru. If Taco Bell is going to price gouge its customers, they cold at least have the decency to hire people who want to take orders.

I’m at a loss for words.. Absolutely horrible.. every experience I have is worse than the last. Whoever is iron gripping tacos needs to be trained better.. on top of that, there’s only 1 lane open and they have PLENTY of staff on shift. Maybe if they weren’t smoking outside and learned how to do their jobs, business would be better? 2.5 star on google is WAY too high

NO BREAKFAST SERVED! Even though they open at 9am, they don’t serve breakfast. I went right at 9am and saw employees just arriving. In the drive thru they told me “We are open but we need some time to get things ready.” So do you open at 9am or not?! I promptly left disappointed. Do better Taco Bell!

Came in and stood by the register for 10 minutes before I had to ask to have our orders taken. Only to be told they no longer take orders, they must be placed through the kiosk. There needs to be a sign so i don’t stand around looking like an idiot.
And then the food took even longer to come out. Drinks were watered down like hell.
