Joyce and the staff that work here treated me with nothing but dignity and respect. By the way, I don’t suggest in any way you try doing what I’m about to list here. I bought a taco here today and used my credit card. Joyce said it was declined. I was so embarrassed. I had forgot that my credit card was at its limit; I could not afford to buy the order I had just put through at Taco Bell. Joyce and the staff at this Taco Bell decided to give me my food for free! Thank you so much Joyce and staff at this Taco Bell. I will never forget this ! I am going to visit you again soon and make sure I fully pay for my order and leave a gratuity. Thanks again, Matt

Got upcharged $1.10 to swap the cinnamon twists in my box to chips and cheese. These items are of identical value so you’ve always been able to swap them free of charge. The worker lied to my face and told me it had always been this way. As if I’ve just not noticed an upcharge on this anytime in the last year. I left and went to the other Taco Bell down the street and had the same upcharge but at least the employee told me the truth that he doesn’t like the new decision. This greedy, corporate decision guarantees I will not go to Taco Bell. You’re going to charge me a DOLLAR just because I want to swap two items of equal price. No. I will not do it and I will not set foot in Taco Bell as long as this stands.

Last Friday I had visitors from out of town. They wanted Taco Bell. I drove to my nearest Bell at Highland Road in Waterford. I was surprised to see a hand written sign on the door at 9 pm stating that they were closed. I then went to our Dixie location. There was a young lady at the window who was very kind, and checked my order after AI. She was confirming all the extra add ons for my large order. I asked her name. It was Joyce. Thank you Joyce for even showing up to work that Friday night. Highland Road should Do Better. Joyce you actually helped me out with my guest’s. And my order was perfect. Good job Dixie location. Thanks.

In a long line at Taco Bell I made my order halfway through the line. I realized I did not have my wallet so I thought I would at least call since I was stuck in line to let them know. Brad has a bad attitude. Smells like alcohol. Chase is a horrible smart mouth gm who NOONE LIKES. I know everyone who works there and not one person has anything nice to say about him. This location has dropped there standards I’d rather drive to 59 or any other location in general.
