Did an online order (paid for before I got there) & was given the wrong order, due to dietary stuff it had to be completely thrown away. Called, was told next time I came in my order would be comped, great. They make it, it was still wrong but it was free & we were able to eat it so we didn’t complain. Ordered online again, so prepaid AGAIN, pull up to the register & they tell me that they’re completely out of ingredients to make my order. Asked for a refund (ya know since I paid for absolutely nothing) nope, have try to go through the app which (if they refund it) takes over a week. So now for the second time in a two week span I’m leaving with no food (that I can eat) THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR, with no refund.

Shouldn’t be disappointed because you know what to expect at Taco Bell but this one sucks.
Had two different mobile orders for drive though pickup. Supposedly you can only give one name/order at a time and need to go through the whole line for a second order…. They were one premade box each… thanks, I’ll wait another 15 min for 8 more cars and we can eat cold food

I literally ordered a five layer burrito and I get home and open it and there is nothing in it….it was all tortilla! This is third time something has been drastically wrong with my food! Go somewhere else! This is by far the worst Taco Bell around and I eat a lot of Taco Bell! Save yourself the stress and go to a different Taco Bell! Won’t EVER eat here again!

My cheesy rollup came out cold and felt squishy the cheesy wasn’t melted at all felt like plastic, my 2 crunchy tacos the beef in both were cold and tasted raw. Everything i ordered tasted bad I don’t know who made it but they need to learn how to cook its not that hard to make a cheesy rollup and 2 crunchy tacos

They got my order wrong so I went back through with the bag untouched. They said they would not remake it unless I paid again. I obviously didn’t want to pay twice for my order being wrong and they just got more rude. On the receipt was the correct order but they still would not remake it right.

Sad to write this as recently things have been much improved at this location, but on Saturday mid day the employees working were extremely rude. Not only was the food old, stale, dry, and hard but they also made it incorrectly. They were obviously irritated when I asked for it to be remade, and then gave me even older, staler items in the remade food somehow! Management needs to get quality control figured out and fire lazy, rude employees!

I got a $9 lunch box and it was one of the best boxes I ever got my tacos were perfectly full and not broken vmy quesadilla was perfectly grilled perfect amount of meat and it was just so good and delicious I had the best Taco Bell experience here at this location I came around 10:00 at night and the service was just so amazing the black guy in the window was smiling even though he had no teeth. I hope I have more experiences like this

Taco Bell locations can either be great or absolutely terrible and unfortunately this is one of the terrible ones. AI order taker really? It did ok but that genuinely is off-putting. I wouldn’t have cared much but the food I got was disgusting. It was lukewarm at best and the drive home was literally a few minutes. Everything tasted off and had a slight chemical tint to it that made it hard to even want to go for another bite. $24 gone like that into the trash. If you’re craving Taco Bell this place isn’t the one to go to that’s for sure.

WORST TACO BELL EVER. I ORDERED A CHEESE SAUCE AND THEY CLAIMED IT WAS NOT ON THE ORDER WHEN IT WAS. I SHOWED THEM PROOF AND THEY STILL DENIED MY CHEESE SAUCE. Just wrong.
