This Taco Bell is wonderful and the general manager I do believe Tammy is absolutely an angel and I look forward to seeing her every time I go up there for breakfast however, I think the company should give her paid time just because of the way that she represents the company so that she can go take care of herself. My Cinnabon Delights were the equivalent of giving a dying man walking through the desert the crispiest, coldest icey glass of water. It brought color and life to my day… it made the 9-6 shift I worked today seem worth it. My boyfriend’s Cheesy Gordita Crunch had an immaculate, jaw dropping, mouth watering cheese pull. The only thing I regret…? Not being a billionaire, because otherwise, I’d donate it all to this specific Taco Bell location to keep it running forever. I already knew when my worker had pink hair I was gonna be set, but this genuinely exceeded my expectations. Well done.

Slowest taco bell I’ve ever been to. 2 people in line and I have to wait 15 minutes for my order which wasnt right. Lettuce and tomatoes on my crunch wrap supreme. I will drive the extra 15 minutes just to go to a different taco bell

I would leave 0 stars if I could. As a very frequent taco bell goer, this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. We were the only car in the drive thru and still had to wait over 20 minutes. As we waited, the staff stood inside the window chit chatting doing absolutely nothing. Horrible experience and will never be back to this location.

This place used to be good but they have gone downhill. The premium items like the grilled cheese burrito and quesarito had almost nothing in them, it was almost all tortilla and no filling. Complete rip off.

My name is Najida Ahmed , I work two jobs and drive 35-45 minutes to each, and to day I work two shift hungry because the taco bell did not give my my food in 13 minutes in the drive through. In addition to the service when I asked the cashier at the window how long she roller her eyes and walked away. I spoke to a bri and I can even get my money back until I drive back to the sight. I have to work until six in the morning, then take my kids back to school and drive 40 minutes for 11 dollars? I’ll be calling corporate

I have a complex order due to some food intolerances and allergies and this location always does very well with it. The staff is always very polite and kind, which is more than I can say for some other locations and chains. They always do a great job!

I drive 15 minutes to this location just for breakfast every Saturday. Always good staff on duty, food orders have always been accurate and never waited more than a few minutes, even with a couple cars in the drive-thru.

absolutely terrible. i have NEVER gotten a correct order from this location. they are insanely slow, rude, and consistently incorrect. stupid AI at the drive through is horrible as well. if you have a staff full of people in the building just have them take the damn order. i could drive to the one by great lakes crossing, order, get my food (correctly) and be home sooner than i would receive a messed up order from this one. management doesn’t care about staff issues or incorrect orders.

I ordered using the app. They didn’t have to listen to my voice or try to understand what I wanted. It was on the screen already!! NO SOUR CREAM!!! It’s very clear. I almost puked when I took a bite. How hard is it???? I’d rather spend twice the amount somewhere else
