Besides the food itself, the customer service was certainly amazing. The employees were professional, but also friendly with us. They mildly joked around with us, but also treated us in a very respectful manner.
Also, it was evident that cleanliness was a priority in this store. The lobby was very clean, and we were at this store until almost 10 or 11 pm. The only mess in the lobby was a few straw wrappers on the floor. The bathrooms were beautiful. They looked as if they had just been cleaned, which is possible, but I assumed they hadn’t been considering the time of night.

This place is a disaster. Avoid it.
I’m talking the nastiest service, food, and atmosphere. Google please provide the option to give negative ratings. Taco Bell Corp where are you? How involved are you with the day to day operations of your sites. The customer service at this location is so awful. The food is nasty, old, and will cause food poisoning. My Mother had to get an immediate refund. She tried one and couldn’t even chew it! FYI she stopped at the location because her blood pressure was low and needed to eat something quickly. When she received her food she stated, it’s burnt and asked them to remake it. Every single employee including the manger was so disrespectful it’s disgusting they even work around food. Panama even yelled, “It’s not burnt!” She start led to argue and my Mom told her just give me back my money and stop talking to me. First, it is burnt. Second, why are you yelling at your customers instead of immediately working to fix the problem?! Where is the customer service?? I’m reaching out to the district manager and HR because I can’t believe Corp encourages this behavior. However, I do see all the other reviews with multiple complaints about the service and food so I wondering have they forgot about this location?!
Our order did request no cheese, add guacamole. I think they put the cheese on and then tried to take it off as there were little bits still left inside and they forgot the guac.
It was still better than the TB we went to last night that ran out of taco meat
They ain’t helping you.
They won’t look at you, they won’t speak to you, they won’t acknowledge you.
They ain’t doing NOTHING.
You’ll wait 30-40 plus minutes for a simple order.
I waited almost 6 minutes for this girl TO PUT A STICKER ON THE BAG OF FOOD THAT WAS READY TO HAND TO ME.
They are absolutely terrible.
