Average Taco Bell. There are only a few workers (which is becoming the norm). The touch screen ordering system is tedious and time consuming. If you like Taco Bell in general, you will be satisfied. Nothing stood out – it was an average Taco Bell experience.

Ordered drive-thru through the Taco Bell app. Ordered several items. One item was a custom burrito. The burrito was ordered with no onions. When we got home the burrito was filled with onions. What is the purpose of custom ordering on their Taco Bell app? If the people billing the order, don’t follow the instructions. It was order number 928497 if the management really wants to look into this.

Very disappointed! Wondering why they were laughing at us as we paid for our food. I believe the county health department needs a call at what they are doing. Will not go here again. The pictures are pinto and beans and a chicken quesadilla. Only gave them one star because you can’t post with no stars. Sorely disappointed that a place and a manager would allow this to happen.

We went through the drive thru. The typical automated voice came on, no real voice the automated (AI) voice is now taking the order. They couldn’t get it right. I hate automated phone systems and can’t believe now they’re taking over drive thrus. I had to request a real person to get my order correct. Worker at the window said he can’t do anything about it.
