I have a real love hate relationship with taco bell(mainly a lot of the Drive thru set ups)
This taco bell is located near my job, and is now the only one I will go to. They are always so fast and every employee I have encountered has been so nice! But the main thing: you can tell the food hasn’t been sitting around. It is actually made to order. 10/10 taco bell.

This specific Taco Bell is exceptional from the others. I have never gotten a burrito that was not HEAVY, never a crunch wrap that wasn’t stacked like a burger. Good people with giving hearts and generous hands work here.

Drive through employee was chewing on his fingers visibly drooling on the fingertips.. I thought he was joking and knocked on the window. “Dude why is ur hand in ur mouth that is disgusting!” He scurried off and pretended like he washed his hands even though Im watching him through the window. Check your security camera today around 8pm-8:30pm. This kid was licking his hands and handing people food/drinks. How do we know he doesn’t have hepatitis or herpes. Disgusting. No person handling food should be gnawing on their hand let alone in front of a customer… luckily I said something but the staff seemed offended that I was pissed this was happening. What is wrong with the world these days holy hell.

Sadly tonight I usually recommend this location for when I have a craving for Taco Bell; however, this will be my last night. The manager or whoever the hell Jason is highly unprofessional. My family and I ordered two Taco Bell party packs tonight which included Crunchy Taco Supremes. As we get home there were no sour cream in any of the tacos!!!! One of my family members called the restaraunt back to say that our order was missing sour cream, for only to be told by Jason that we can scrape off what we don’t like out of our taco, that his friend wouldn’t lie about how he prepared our tacos, and then told us he can’t refund us and hung up on us. This is honestly the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever encountered when my order was wrong and for this this will be the last time I’ll ever come back to this location.

Very dissatisfied with my order and how it was handled tonight. I got off a long shift and wanted two double stacked tacos, instead what I got was two tacos with beans?? No beans are even on this item. It didn’t even have the little crunchy things on it. I called and spoke with a manager who said I’d have to come back to get a refund or to get my replacement tacos. That is poor customer service, should offer me more for the inconvenience of having to come back, you guys messed it up. I think in the future I’ll just go to the one a mile down the street at 23 and Garfield.

I’ll start off and say that I think I’m counting 2 pieces of chicken, maybe 3 in my quesadilla… Had me in the drive-through for about a half hour. They were out of steak, which is fine, but the chicken quesadilla & 3 cheese chicken flatbread tasted like plastic. The cheese was hardly melted.

If you are going to force me to order from a robot machine instead of a person, the least you can do is put my sauces that I request from the machine in the bag and not force me to get them from the lobby myself. What is the point of that? On top of that, it’s ridiculous to get an attitude with me and argue about me requesting them and asking you to put them in my to go order bag. What is the world coming to? Do people actually do their jobs anymore or do we just rely on robots and get nasty attitudes when requested to work? Last I looked around everybody was clocked in being paid to work.

The portion size of the sausage breakfast burritos are ridiculous.. the photos are of the burritos minus the cheese sauce. Why don’t they put these tiny portions in a smaller wrap?
