I am so disappointed in the service I received today. I did a pickup order after 11 am. When I arrived there were 2 cars ahead of me. When I approached the speaker the lady seemed to have a bad attitude. I’m not sure what happened, but I didn’t appreciate it. I’ve been to 2 other locations and they always ask me to verify my order on the screen. The screen flashed so fast, and nothing was said but, pull forward to the 2nd window. I ordered 2 boxes and when I received my order everything was tossed in a big bag. It was a mess to separate. Then to add more to the negative experience, my nephew’s order of soft tacos were wet and full of grease. I didn’t have the energy to return but please do better with your customer service!

The staff is nice, but the portions are noticeably smaller than at other Taco Bell locations. I am not sure if that is a kitchen issue or a management issue, but when I go to the location down the street, the food is much better. Still, this spot is convenient when I am in the area.

Went through the drive thru around 2pm my husband asked for some sauce and the person working the drive thru took the bag from him and tossed it on the counter and put some sauce back in it and handed it back with a complete attitude keep in mind we were not once asked if we wanted sauce to begin with. Once we opened the bag the food was everywhere in the bag completely unwrapped I know this is fast food and I don’t expect 5 star service but I don’t think you should put someone who gets hotheaded at a simple request in the drive thru to interact with customers.

I haven’t been in a toca bell in few and i dont like the order your self thing. Chicken nuggets and they are krispy kritters. My mexican pizza was a mess. I’ll add pictures. Not impressed with the food.

Worst restaurant. order a two grilled cheese burriotos at night and I guess they just assume no one will complain about the food. I paid 7$ each for the pic you see below is a grill cheese burrito. I called and talk to the manager and she was extremely rude and hung up on me. Take a close look at the quality of this restaurant. $7 for what you see in the pic and what they post what the product should be. These people give you whatever they want and expect you not to speak up.

This place is slacking off or they had a bad worker today. I ordered a bean burrito with cheese and sour cream I paid a dollar something for sour cream and all I got was a tiny speck of it I didn’t see hardly any cheese in it and they didn’t even give me a napkin not too happy today

Wish this location would adopt a pickup system like the tbell at 16 and van dyke, where delivery drivers can ring a bell and confirm to get the pickups – NOT have to sit in the drive thru stuck behind others to get to the window

I ordered breakfast quesadillas and a breakfast crunch wrap for my family. I sat in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes. The food came out overcooked, and therefore dried out and burnt.
