Lord have Mercy on this restaurant. I was tired and hungry and didn’t want to cook. Stopped at Taco Bell by Meijer’s in Sterling Heights. Purchased new steak taco, two taco supremes and the picture of the strips looked so irresistible I had to try them. Girl who took my cash was ok but didn’t Wow me. I don’t think mgrs teach customer service to their team like when I was managing restaurants in this industry. But she was polite. As I got my order and proceeded to leave, I had to wait for traffic to clear, so I reached in my bag to get a hot and fresh chicken strip. But that’s not what I got out of the box. The chicken strips looked like they died twice! I immediately backed up, went in and requested a refund. I’m very disappointed, sad, and mad. Why doesn’t anyone care. And to whomever made and bagged my order shame on you! Please ask yourself.. Would you eat this?

Ok so I’ve been coming to this specific taco bell for nearly 2 years now and thankfully I’ve never had a bad experience! Dining inside is a pleasant experience plenty of places to sit” both big tables smaller ones and even a booth in case you got extra people with you! The item stations are perfect! Napkins sauces forks ect ect straws and everything! It’s also clean in here which is important for a fast food place! No flies or dirty tables and nothing ever nasty ever appeared in my food! Ordering is also easy weather at the counter with an employee or using the kiosk after putting in your order you will then use a name of your choice and will be called when your food is ready! Speaking of food the quality here like any other fast food is exactly what you’d expect! The food is good and certain items on the menu is absolutely delicious. Well at least for me since everyone is different but the menu also does have variety” with tacos and burritos being the main focus of course there’s plenty of options and even costume toppings being an option for your meal of choice with a good selection of toppings to choose from and the beverages are GREAT soda is there too of course but there’s lots of other great drinks to ocompany your meal! So the quality of the food is pretty good considering the fact it’s fast food my only problem is the pricing as fast food has become a bit of a luxury for low income individuals unfortunately it is expensive to eat here my meal alone for just me was 22$ and I only had 4 items so be aware when coming here as you will most likely need more than at least 14$ to eat here unless you are getting a smaller amount of food which is offered with some of the combo meals but somewhat high price aside taco bell is probably one of my favorite fast food joints here in michigan not only is the food good enough but the scenery is very enjoyable it’s nice and fresh inside good seats clean tables and good staff for the most part so if you can afford it and you want a good place to eat in a world of so many different options in terms of fast food I’d say taco bell is still one of the good ones
Oh and ps In case you are using the drive through apparently they have an AI now to help take your order so that should help in case the employees happen to be busy so the convenience is there too anyway thanks for reading and have a good one

We went through the drive-thru after a concert on Saturday night and right after we ordered, my engine began overheating. After we parked and figured out what was going on, we went into talk with the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, as we left it there overnight. Both times, the manager on-duty was incredibly nice and offered help in any way they could. Props to them.

A standard quick service restaurant fries has to be sold in maximum 7 minutes after cooking . If it doesn’t gets sold .it has to be straightly dump in garbage . I’m a restaurant owner myself .whoever was in the drive thru and whoever was giving backup at 4:50 am on September 13 Friday morning doesn’t have any kinds of common sense or a simple idea how to do customer service properly. The fries she gave me was looking like it was minimum 35 minutes old , they dropped that thing on the oil again made it more worse by burning and then gave me. It literally looked like someone ate it and gave me the left over. For this kinds of acts it falls under violation of food safety.

Rude and unprofessional workers refused to accept EBT, made me come inside just to be rude, and gave the excuse that they couldn’t accept it because of the government shutdown. I went to the Taco Bell at 50835 Van Dyke in Shelby Township right after, and they accepted it with no issue and treated me with a great attitude. Don’t come here if you want good customer service. It was the two female workers on shift at 6:51 PM on Monday.
