My husband and I absolutely love this Taco Bell. I have been eating here since the 80s as a kid and it has always held special memories for me. But the staff and management always make going there even more enjoyable since we moved back to Redford three years ago. They go above and beyond to ensure we get exactly what we ordered fast and fresh and could not be more grateful to them. Kindness is what you will get when you dine here and we are there for it. The drive thru AI is taking away from the customization portion of your experience. I have never been to this location and didnt think it was open. I was unable to customize my husband’s order with the AI and I didnt get any sauce for my order. I understand AI is here but its limited still and didnt result in a good experience for me, unexpected for the food industry.

I work in the food industry so I’m pretty tolerant when it comes to the food I get served but what a joke!!! $6.09 for a chicken quesadilla that is barely cooked, I only ate it cause I assume the chicken is precooked and only ate half of it cause the chicken inside was still cold!!! Some of these fast food corporations are getting ridiculous with prices for the terrible service they are providing

My daughter called to speak to a manger about a job and the manger was rude and laughed at her and hung up. Horrible customer service and abhorrent leadership skills. I would let her work there if she could.

I eat lunch there at times everytime I get Doritos tacos by the time I get literally 5 minutes away, and they dont take to drain grease off your taco is in pieces, and for some strange reason every cool ranch taco is broken at the top. You pick it up its falling apart.

Usually this location is pretty good, but they had some mechanical issues and were out of a few things. They forgot my chips and gave me an extra cheese cup, which is good because my crunchwrap didn’t have any cheese on it. In fact, I opened it up to add the cheese and there was barely anything on it except bad-tasting lettuce, the smallest spoonful of meat, and a piddly amount of sour cream and tomatoes. Disappointing to say the least

When we pulled up, no one was in the drive thru line. I even took a video. We literally waited 17 mintes for a nacho fry box and a double spicy steak burrito after we ordered. Super slow. My lunch is only 30 minutes. The employee passed us the wrong size slushies out, when she realized it, she took them back. Im pretty sure the employee wasn’t suppose to take them back. Its still covid and that’s a health and safety violation. Restaurant was clean. Food was hot. Employees attitudes tho. Can we get an adjustment on that?

Edit: Feb. 19 Went thru drive through found a hair in my crunchwrap. Just sad. I was on my lunch.
