This location lacks customer service for the front area. I have been several times and there is no cashier for the front only drive thru.
So it’s hard to stand there and get the other cashier attention just to pay or whatever. (They are usually too busy with drive thru or on their phone so they don’t even notice you)
The staff that makes the food on the line will see you standing at the counter and don’t offer to help you, ask if you been helped, or even let the cashier know someone is waiting smh.

I don’t typically review fast food restaurants but the ladies that serviced me this morning (around 9:30a) were so sweet and accommodating. I just had to leave a review. I did a mobile order this morning and when I pulled up to the drive-through one of the items I ordered was not available, they kindly let me substitute for another menu item as well as threw in a complimentary drink. Good quality customer service is hard to come by these days, keep up the work ladies!

They’re always talking and moving super slow. It’ll be two people waiting on food and it takes 30+ minutes. They’re always giving me old potatoes. It’s very rare that I get none dried out potatoes even if I order over 6 soft potato tacos. If they work as much as they hold conversations, things will be a lot better.

If I could give a zero I would. The only thing they did do was make sure we had a receipt. Waited in line for 25 minutes before our order was even taken. The employees said there were only 2 of them there. “Him and his Bro”, waited 12 minutes to receive our food. Food wasn’t even right.

I’ve avoided this Taco Bell for a few years, but stopped in recently when the nearby Ferndale location was closed. I don’t think the staff here are bad at all. They were decently polite, but something about the experience still feels cold and disconnected. I ordered through the app and the drink I chose wasn’t available, and they forgot the sauces too. It may not seem like a big deal, but little things like that add up.
What really stands out is how unchanged this place feels after years. It reminds me why I stopped coming. The issue doesn’t seem to be with the team working there. I’ve been to other Taco Bell locations and had a much better experience, so I believe it comes down to whoever owns or manages this one. It feels like the community is not valued here. That is disappointing. If someone were just passing through, this would leave the wrong impression of the area.

We walked in and the employees were loud and cursing at each other first of all. The girl at the counter walked off because I said the counter top was nasty. I posted pictures below. So we were left just standing there. Finally we were addressed. We go there often because we live in the area but the customer service as well as the cleanliness is horrific.
