I love this taco bell. My fiance and I always request special orders and the workers are happy to accommodate us. As you can see from my photo, there’s no cheese on my mexican pizza. I also sub the beef for black beans and it’s DELICIOUS! We enjoy seeing the employees and sharing a friendly conversation with them. We have always been treated with friendly communication.

This is my favorite Taco Bell in the land. I live a block away so I come fairly often. I add/remove stuff from the potato taco sometimes (because the possibilities are endless) and they’ve never messed up an order. I got a soggy taco from a different TBell the other day and it made me miss this Washtenaw Ave TBell. The drive-thru line can get long in the evenings, but that’s only because there are few other restaurants in the area that stay open as late as them. The staff is speedy, and always pleasant.

I love this taco bell and it is the one I normally go to, however, this experience I was not a fan of.
The manager came to the exact booth I had left my jacket at while I was ordering, saw my jacket (I watched them), sat down at the booth anyway, and then conducted an interview with a prospective employee.
I moved my jacket before the interview but did not say anything because I did not want to confront them. But this was extremely rude and definitely made me feel unwelcome. Please understand that when customers are paying for your service, that you should not feel entitled to walk over them.
If I was that prospective employee I wouldn’t want a job from someone who clearly didn’t care for the people they are being payed to serve.

Super fast, have gotten food both from inside and from the drive thru before. I started going to this location when I started attending Eastern and it’s very good. I love Taco Bell so it’s always nice to find another location that I really like! Employees are always nice and the food is super good every time, nothing has ever been messed up and they always remember sauce, napkins, and utensils!

This is the best Taco Bell in the area. I make a lot of modifications to my items and they always get it right. The customer service is great as well. I will go out of my way to go to this location.

I went through the drive though and got a empty quesadilla the was supposed to have chicken and cheese??? Also a crunch wrap with no meat in it. I’m beyond irritated. I paid 7 dollars for a quesadilla without meat. Usually they have good service but last night the food was just not made correctly a lot of mistakes for when I paid a 40$ bill. smh.

The employees and even manager did not want to help an older Hispanic man try to use the kiosks after telling him they were too busy to let him order at the register. I ended up helping the poor man but If you’re going to make him use a kiosk at least help him learn how to use it.
