Genuinely the dirtiest, slowest, poorly ran taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone more than 10 times because it’s so close to my house but man am I somehow disappointed every time. Maybe I’ve just been super lucky to get good Taco Bell’s before I moved to the area but I cannot believe how I’ve gone back so many times. I’m not being harsh either I’m actually being more kind than I should be in this review… Chips are stale and taste like chemicals, everything that goes onto their mini grill tastes burnt, and the portions of everything are way off

I asked the owner why she took a picture of my 1 item order that the only modification was easy lettuce. She proceeded to tell me that its her store and she can do as she pleases. Really cool never going back there if my one item stresses you out so much.

Hubby & I eat here frequently. We have no complaints. We use the app, place our order, wait in the drive thru, and our food is usually made really good.
The employees are friendly and the wait time is expected.
I feel like everyone wants to complain when things are bad, but not give credit when things are good, so I am.
This is the only location who can make my black bean grilled cheese burrito the way I prefer it so I appreciate it.

I just spent a total of $57.00. The 6 chicken taco supremes had very little chicken very little cheese no tomato no sour cream but lots of lettuce. I ordered the supreme because I wanted the tomatoes and sour cream. This is not the first time something like this happened at this location. Your customer service needs a tremendous amount of improvement. Will not be back

Just got done leaving and will be very hesitant to go back to this location. After being told someone would be with us, we waited 10 minutes at the drive thru, while we watched two other vehicles get their orders taken at the other speaker box, and move on though. After about 10 minutes, we asked if anyone was going to take our order, and no one responded. So we decided to leave, but because of the horrible drive through design, you can’t get out. We had to wait another 10 minutes behind the vehicle that was at the window. It wasn’t busy, there’s no reason for them to be so slow. Night crew needs more supervision and training. Also, the self serve pop machine in the lobby always smells like poop, which means it’s harboring harmful bacteria. It needs to be cleaned and soaked in bleach water nightly.

I honestly hate to make such a review however, the woman with black shorter hair has never failed to make my experience nothing short of terrible. She is constantly just rude and on top of that she never gives me my change back. Not sure why she keeps the extra change but it’s frustrating. The food is good the service is not great.

Young girl working the window with dark hair has a real attitude problem came to pick up both of my mobile orders mind you my second one was just a free order of chips and she didn’t mark I was there for both when I said it at the speaker and that was somehow my fault or problem made it the BIGGEST deal over a literal tiny bag of chips and had the worst attitude trying to talk down on a grown adult who just wanted some chips for her kid idk who raised her but it’s obvious they didn’t do a good job. Seem to have a problem every time I come here with the customer service. Don’t work customer service if you can’t handle being around people
Update; also found hair in my food.

Update; came back the next day and the manager Derek was extremely kind and apologized for the service and mess up with my food. He remade the order and gave us coupons and this food was probably the best I’ve had from this location in the long time. My review I would give 5 stars on my experience with Derek alone. Give that man a raise

So let me set the scene. I walk in to order my food at the kiosk and long story less long, It was a decent wait which was fine cause it was a long line at the drive thru, no problem. Eventually, the lady throws a bag across the counter and turns around while it’s still sliding. I wait for a little bit because I couldn’t believe she would throw food at me and not even mention it may be my order. So I ask if it’s mine because the name on the bag was not the name I entered at the kiosk. She asks if it’s my name on the bag, I say not the name I entered, she says then it’s not yours. So I look closer at the receipt and sure enough, it’s my order. Horrible service and they couldn’t care less about the disrespect. I don’t expect top tier service, it’s Taco Bell and they prolly hate their job. But have some decency for people spending their money! At no point was I rude or inpatient. Never going back here again. I hope they find better people to be the face of the brand. Not a good look.
