Last two times my order was wrong. Manager wouldn’t even get out of the chair she was perched in. Was told this time well that’s your order. Take it or leave it? No respect and down right rude. There is a taco truck across the street. He gave me WHAT I ORDERED and was not rude about it.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the poor excuse of a “taco supreme.” My husband order 6 tacos for us and when we arrived home and opened them up, we were speechless. There was barely any meat in the tacos and the lettuce was missing. We called the restaurant and told them about our experience and we were told that we get “1 scoop of meat so the portioning was correct..” and claimed that we asked for no lettuce. Instead of offering to remake our order, we were asked if we wanted two sides of lettuce… absolutely unacceptable and we definitely will not be returning to say the least. Stay away.

This taco bell is usually great. Very friendly service and managers. They usually always make my food right and I always add extras and take certain things off! I went there a few nights ago and they LOADED my nachos up and made my quesarito so so good the management was super nice and accurate. I went in to pick up since sometimes the line is long in the drive thru. BUT IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT!!!

No service at counter kiosk are down. Like what are yall even doing here. This is a terrible place.go elsewhere the staff today completely ignored me and didn’t take my order 11:12am why ? One guy walked outside after seeing 4 people trying to order. 3 employees standing in the back doing nothing. Literally a waste of time to go here.

If I could leave zero stars today I would. I ordered a taco pack, 4 hard tacos, 8 soft tacos no lettuce. And two chicken chipotle burritos. The “meat” seems to be missing from my entire order… $33 in Taco Bell for one scoop of meat divided into 14 items? Because that’s how much meat was on my products today. Worst Taco Bell quality I’ve ever had. Honestly want to drive back to there and ask for my “tip” back. Do better.
