After after having the police called on me because the manager didn’t want to do my online order that was already paid for I should have known to never come back here again. This is a beefy 5 layer overfilled along with 2 cheesy double beef burritos. Ordered Nov 7th at 7:20 horrible burrito building by this shift. Go to the Taco Bell around the corner on Wayne rd. They are corporate owned unlike this place which is a franchise. This location should be closed down or switched to being corporate owned.

Worst location I’m actually very pissed and will be calling corporate. Look at this tacos , how is this supreme ? The quesadilla didn’t even have melted cheese and wasn’t cut . Disgusting . How lazy can they be?

I ordered 3 5 dollar boxes a bean burrito and 3 cheesy roll ups, the cheesy roll ups were not melted. Every single box did not have the Nacho. Cheese in it every five layer burrito was messed up.Two weren’t supposed to have sour cream that did?And it was just dry and the cheese inside of the burrito was still cold.And the shells were dry. I didn’t even get my bean burrito and then when I tried to call three different times it went to voicemail.Every time I would highly recommend you seek somewhere else to eat

Great staff! Hardworking and communicative. The food is always hot and fresh and carefully prepared. A clean, quiet dining room is also available. I had to add two tacos tonight … And they took care of it quickly. So nice. Love this place.

Well…. The drive thru service was speedy. Hardly have to wait. My issue is with the beef supreme burrito. This a the second time a got one from this location and it was made just like the last time, very sloppy and hardly any beef. Didn’t taste good at all!

I sat down in the resurant and ate lunch while having a small conversation with the owner and he seemed like a pretty cool AMERICAN… Went through the drive through a few weeks later and my order was totally the opposite. Extra lettuce and sour cream when I spoke English to the speaker guy and specifically said no lettuce and no sour cream. So when I got home. Well… I gave it all to my neighbor wich is let’s just say, He’s a little more needy than me.

Arrived at 8:40 AM and waited 20 minutes until they opened. The employee opened the door at 9 AM and said they are not opening up because they do not have a manager. Because of snow? It’s ridiculous how unprofessional the restaurants are in this area. I give up. I’m just gonna pass through Wayne and not even eat anything because it’s not even worth trying.

Had to go back after a drive-thru order. 50% of the order was wrong or missing. Took another 30 minutes to fix it, and it was still incorrect. See pics of tostada, and remade tostada. Very disappointed.

It was late at night ,The lines were still long but staff was on there job they moved Quickly food was kind of cold that’s only downside of this late night dining I just put it in the microwave when I got home. Not much has changed at Taco Bell staff is still slow food gets to your cold I’ll try again in a couple months.
