Save your money they are false advertising their food! I ordered 2 burritos supremes and 2 beef chalupas this meal costed $31.00. My burrito supremes have barely anything in them. I usually suck it up because I get that it can be hit or miss but this is pure neglect and laziness. Will go somewhere else moving forward.

Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in quite a while so I thought I’d “treat” myself. It brought back fond memories of growing up and eating . I recall I could not eat the “hot” sauce as a kid…now I go for “Diablo!” Service was ridiculously slow. Glad I was not in a hurry to get anywhere.

I had the misfortune of pulling into this particular Taco Bell’s drive through after hours. I watched multiple cars pull in after me and get service for 20 minutes before I had to leave frustrated at such a poor staff disgruntled and be grateful there’s a white castle around the corner. Daytime staff has always been excellent and professional, but the after hours crew are simply not ready for employment.

Absolutely horrible food at Allen Rd in Trenton. Waited 15 minutes to get food. Went home and bit into supposed 7 layer burrito but instead bit into hard shriveled up rice and runny old beans. Sickening. Do not go there. Oh yeah. Bad diarrhea the next day which I haven’t had in years.

This location is going down the drain. It is a minimum of a 30-45 minute wait regardless of how many people are there. Stay far far away from this location if you truly want “fast” food & don’t want to be waiting an hour for Taco Bell.

Not only did you guys mess my order up, but you gave me a plain quesadilla with NO jalapeño sauce. What is wrong this place? Also, I ordered a grilled streak burrito, one of their more expensive items. If you’re going to mess my order up, at least give me something better than this plain quesadilla or what I ordered in general.

There are better Taco Bell’s on Fort St. Avoid this place. Either this branch needs to management or a completely new staff, but I’m going to bank it’s management.

Waited in drive thru for what felt like forever , to pick up an online order. Nobody came to the speaker. Nobody made our order. After waiting forever we decided to just cancel it. Horrible experience.

I used to come here 2 times a week before the pandemic… always great service and clean restaurant. Since adding kiosks the customer area is never clean. They need to have someone clean the tables and the floors regularly. Unfortunate. I had to ask for a washcloth to clean my own table. I am now taking my own order and cleaning the restaurant. This is definitely a management problem. The employees need to make eye contact and acknowledge customers. My photo shows a dirty table and floors however I didn’t want to disturb other guests. Make no mistake this restaurant is unkempt.
