I usually always go to this place. And I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt But lately it seems that the service has been getting slower and slower!! ♀️ ♀️ First of all my chips for my cheese was horrible! I got all the end crumbs of chips!! Which is sad because I always love this combo! Second, the service is slow, and third I learned a little of why!! As I sat in the drive through window, my cashier just kept texting or whatever it was on their phone in plain sight! Stared at me a few times and then finally opened my window to say sorry the service is slow!! Like really! I waited 25 minutes for a simple meal box and you can only text or whatever it is on your phone! How about get back there and help when your not taking orders. Then he opens the window and asks 10 minutes later (before the 25 minutes) did you get your water? Ummm yesss you gave it to me already!! How about get off your phone and pay attention! Fast food just isn’t fast anymore!! And the workers just don’t care about good service! I grew up on good work ethics and I just don’t see that anymore!

This is the closest Taco Bell to me- however the last three times (glutton for punishment I guess) between drive thru and delivery it’s been over an hour wait from ordering to receiving food. When you go drive thru, you expect “quick” and even tolerate 15-20 minutes during a rush- but over an hour?! This delivery order, placed at 1030 – called at 1130 to double check to ensure it was received- and staff stated there were still four orders ahead of us… after this, we’ll spare the extra miles for better service.

We have never really had a problem here until tonight. We have been in the drive through for 30 minutes and I only ordered a drink with a cheese quesadilla. I don’t know what’s going on in there but hopefully next time they have their stuff together.

I wish that I lived closer to any other Taco Bell. Orders are consistently wrong, and wait times are insane. The employees are nice enough, but I rarely get a correct order here. I’m writing this while sitting in the drive through line that I’ve been in for 20 minutes now, with two cars ahead of me. I sat at the speaker for a solid 10 without a “Hello!” or “Just one moment please.” I’ve worked in customer service before, so I understand that it gets backed up occasionally, but I’ve never had a good experience at this place. I feel bad for all of the other customers. This is genuinely the worst Taco Bell downriver.

Every single time I come to this location it’s dirty, takes absolutely forever to get food, and the costumer service is awful. Truly it doesn’t matter if you go in, go through the drive-thru, or order ahead. You are still waiting ages for shitty food.

Second time they have told us at the drive thru that they couldn’t take our order for at least 10 minutes. Told them we’d wait….after 10 minutes they said that it would be at least another 10 minutes before we could order. After another 10 minutes they said no fried items and no beef and had at least 7 mobile orders with more than 10 items each waiting inside. We left without ordering after 20 minutes. There was nobody inside (see pic).

This is the worst Taco Bell on earth. Period. I said last time I came here id never come again. I stopped because my son asked for it. It takes 10 mins PER CAR to get your food. If you see three cars and your the third it’ll be a minimum 30 mins

I was reading reviews on this place and decided to leave my own review, one night me and 2 buddys came up to this tacobell, i did not get anything, however they both decided to get 2 tacos each and 2 drinks. Thats 4 tacos and 2 drinks thats all. There were about 7 cars in line, which im sure people are used to seeing in a fast food drive through, however it took us over 1 hour to get to the voicebox so we could order, and it took over another hour before we got our food, the only reason we stayed that long anyways was because we were tipsy, bored, and had literally nothing better to do. I never ordered from here again after that.

This is the WORST Taco Bell arguably in the entire United States. Service is little to non existent, you can hear the employees arguing who’s taking the order through the drive thru speaker while their headset is still on, the food sucks, I’d rather drive to Mexico to go get a taco than this place. I’m sure there are some hard workers in there that need to get out, you are worth so much more than that bottom of the barrel establishment.

Watch 3 male dashers wait over 20 minutes for an order a female walks in and got hers quickly and also received another order while standing there and they made that one as well and sent her on her way. The other dashers unassigned and left. Very sad taco bell
