Worst Taco Bell in Michigan. Sat stuck in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes with no way to get out of line if you need to leave. Extremely slow service and poorly managed. The staff moved at a snail’s pace, and there was zero urgency. This location is clearly understaffed or mismanaged — the store manager seriously needs to be replaced. I won’t be coming back.

The only silver lining I found in my horrible experience at this Taco Bell was the fact that I read a ton of reviews from people that experienced the same incredibly long wait for their food as I did. And I felt unified. As you’ll find in many other reviews… this Taco Bell never fails to make you wait a minimum of 30+ min for your food… whether it’s busy or not. You won’t find slower workers anywhere in the fast food industry than this place. I put a mobile order in thinking I’d be ahead of the curb… when I arrived.. I waited an extra 40 minutes past when the app said it would be ready. The worker said they were “overstaffed” but there were at least 5 workers on shift.. but one was drinking a slushy in the dining area, and the other was on her iPhone in the kitchen. Corporate… either get a new manager for this spot or shut this place down and put it out of its misery.

A month ago I waited an hour in the drive through after working 14 hours to grab a bite to eat here with no way of escaping. Finally some guy walked in and things sped up. And tonight they yelled at my boyfriend when he was picking up food that they are only accepting door dash and mobile only when he was being polite trying to just grab some food, and the rude lady complained how they didnt have a cook?? Literally these workers need to just go home at that point. The manager here does a terrible job. If i were any of these workers id quit too. I hope this place goes out of buisness with the understaffing and mismanagement, the employees dont deserve it for unlivable wages and dealing with the stress of no employees. How greedy and selfish. No wonder they have 1 person working.

spend 60 dollars on doordash just to get 3 out of the 8 items i ordered. called taco bell, and the worker “cash” ( lol ) said that we could pick it up tomorrow. never ordered doordash before by the way. what a waste of money get some new employees

If I could give this Taco Bell ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru line at 205 Ann Arbor Rd, Plymouth, MI — finally reached the speaker just to be told, “We’ll be right with you.” No problem, I thought. Then 7–10 minutes later, the same employee gets back on the mic just to say:
“Sorry, we’re closed unless you’re Uber Eats or DoorDash. We’re no longer taking orders.”
Excuse me… WHAT?! It was only 12:40 AM — way before closing. There were still multiple cars behind me waiting to order, and now the only way to leave was to continue sitting behind the three cars ahead of me just trying to exit this disaster of a drive-thru.
So after almost an hour of waiting, I got absolutely nothing but attitude and wasted time. The fact that they told me they’d be right with me, only to turn around and refuse service minutes later, is completely unacceptable. This location needs better staffing, better communication, and honestly… better everything. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and a huge problem that needs to be addressed.

The late night experience at this Taco Bell is unparalleled. The lady with black lipstick is the goat. She is a saint. Cannot recommend this Taco Bell enough for your midnight to 2am cravings.

This place just needs to close. In no universe should there be a queue of cars going back to Ann Arbor road with ZERO movement for well north of 30 minutes. Not the first time this has happened to me there either. If there’s an issue with the kitchen or something, at a bare minimum let people know so they can adjust their plans… There’s one literally 5 minutes away on the corner of Main and Mill, and I HIGHLY suggest you try your luck over there.

That was actually the worst experience for taco bell ever, first they can’t hear you at the drive through even though you’re literally screaming your order, it took 30 minutes to wait till we got up to the window, then another 20 minutes sitting at the window with nobody coming to help us. They when we got up there they said the wrong order so we had to correct them. And the food didn’t even turn out to be good…

This place is awful. We placed a DoorDash at 11:34 and at 12:59 our 5th driver told us that they didn’t even have our order. The told the driver that they couldn’t remake our food that I’m willing to bet they handed out to someone else. I tried to call to get my food and or money back and they let the phone ring until it disconnected. Will never go back to this location again. I should have checked the recent reviews.
