I will be contacting corporate tomorrow regarding how my last visit was. The woman at the speaker met me with an attitude when I asked for my nacho fries to be made fresh. Another employee chimed in that it was a dinner rush and everything is fresh. I told them I’d be bringing it back if it wasn’t. I get home and they gave me 2 bags of broken up and stale nacho chips that was to go with my nacho supreme dip. They did not make the fries fresh and they were extremely soggy. I asked for the chicken bacon ranch fries and they did not give me one piece of chicken whatsoever. When I called to let them know I wanted a refund, they hung the phone up on me. Working in fast food is not that difficult. I did it for several years as a young adult. This location needs to do better.

Cleanest and most efficient Taco Bell in town. Everything was stocked. The drink station was clean. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. We made alterations to our order, and everything was correct. I do recommend using the app to order at any TB location. It just tends to go better.

Don’t get me wrong it’s beautiful inside. However they very uncomfortable seating and the workers were niceish. However they gave us our food and made us wait five minutes on our drinks. They weren’t very busy when we had went so it made no sense.

i ordered a loaded beef nacho with no beef or beans. i also ordered a thing of chips and cheese along with a few other things that i did receive in my order. i got the cheese for the chips but no chips. in my loaded nachos over half of the container was empty there’s practically nothing in my box. i understand i removed the beef and beans but where are the rest of my nachos? it honestly seems like they just ran out and decided not to say anything.

Terrible tasting “chicken nuggets” burnt and doesn’t even look like what they’re supposed to be. Also I paid for an extra nacho fry and they didn’t give it to me. Even after I asked “is the fry in the bag?”. Bad service!!!

Ive always gotten amazing service here. Always nice people in the drive thru and fast. The other taco bell ive waited an hour before getting cold food. Here I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes. Idk why their store is rated so low but I feel like its false. I encourage people to retry and have compassion.
