The atmosphere was somewhat chaotic, and the interaction with the person preparing the food felt a bit harsh toward both customers and coworkers. A more welcoming and professional approach would really enhance the overall experience. It’s not that hard to be nice to co-workers and the people you’re waiting on, I do it all the time when I’m working. On a positive note, the food was delicious.

Nick is terrible. He argued with me over having an issue in the lobby for my FOURTY MINUTE WAIT TIME for a mobile order consisting of four food items and three drinks. When I brought it up not only did he try to say that it wasn’t true but he was giving an immense amount of attitude. He also did not change his gloves when he touched cash and his cellphone while preparing food orders and ACTIVELY TRAINING A NEWHIRE. 30 minutes into my wait I was FINALLY told they were working on my order. I understand being understaffed and having a rush, that’s not the problem. He was the one who chose to argue back even though EVERY SINGLE TIME I have an order with him it’s an issue but any other manager that’s on duty or literally any other staff member doing my order I never have any issues. Every single time he’s working on my order in the past it takes over twenty minutes passed the completion time with no communication from the staff and even half the time the order is messed up! You’d think having to wait twice as long for your order would mean it’s checked to be correct or even prepared correctly but it’s not. I have personally worked in food service as a manager for five plus years and I would NEVER even consider arguing back with a customer like that. He’s extremely unprofessional, rude, and frankly bad at his job. I’ve chosen several times not to leave a review like this in hopes that he’d get better or maybe he was having a bad day but nothing has changed and after today’s FOURTY minute wait I’ve had enough. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m tired of wasting almost an entire hour of my day at this location with not even good customer service.

They started strong. Not sure what happened. My last 2 experiences were horrible. I waited 40 minutes for a couple of tacos. Literally 40 minutes. And nobody would come to the counter. They were not even busy at all. There was no sense of urgency, and confusion with every task. I’d be embarrassed to be an employee amongst that crew.

The staff in the afternoon is really nice. I really like this one girl who usually works the drive thru window. When I come late at night however, this one employee in particular is always rude. He obviously hates his job and the customers coming through and anytime I pull up to the speaker and hear his voice I consider just driving away

The staff at this Taco Bell was so kind to my husband and I tonight. We had had a rough evening leading up to our date night, and part of our order was not in stock. They really showered us with kindness and went above and beyond. Proud to call this our town ❤️

In a word very understaffed. Quality of food and cleanliness suffered as a result. At lunch hour, only one was running both counter and drive through. Eventually more csme in, but it is not organized and disheveld.

They fill your bag up with POUNDS of sauce packs and hand it off to you, making you think you got what you ordered. Surprise! You just got ripped off. This has happened to me twice now

The food we received was correct and got to us quickly. The inside of the building was clean and well stocked. There is also indoor/outdoor seating which is nice in the summer/fall.

Waited 40 minutes in dine in for food. Only to be told the frier was down for nachos fries and that’s the only thing our three kids would eat. Not to mention the taco I finally received was destroyed
