This fast food place truly impressed me from the moment I walked in. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and very welcoming. There were plenty of employees, so the service was fast and well organized. My order was prepared quickly without any mistakes. I tried the tacos with chicken, and they were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, making the whole experience even better. You can really feel the positive teamwork among the staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tasty food and excellent service.

Honestly this Taco Bell on Michigan Ave has been pretty solid for me. The food comes out hot most of the time and the crew is usually chill and friendly. It’s one of those spots you swing by when you’re craving something quick and the late hours definitely help. Not perfect every time, but overall it gets the job done and hits the spot when you need it.

Taco Bell is a good spot overall. The food is consistently good and tastes fresh, especially when you’re looking for something quick and filling. The restaurant itself is very clean and well maintained, which I really appreciate. While the staff gets orders done correctly, they aren’t very engaging with customers and don’t interact much beyond taking the order. That said, service is still efficient and the experience is generally positive. With a little more friendliness from the staff, this place could easily be a 5-star location.

This location is open until 4am, and yet somehow every single time I try to go after work here at 10 or 11pm, there’s a group of workers blocking the door so you can’t go in. Whenever I ask if I can go in it’s “oh sorry our system is down. Every single day your system is down at the same time? Come on now. The only one time I was able to get food there I asked for a tropical punch refresca, they gave me some yellow drink instead and when I asked them if they could make it right and change it because the tropical punch drink should be the red rockstar they just said “no”. So, along with just full out lying they have terrible customer service, if you mess up someone’s food or drink, remake it, I’m so mad I had to pay for something I didn’t even want.

I ordered the Mexican Pizza combo! The pizza looks a mess as you can see.! I asked for the Tacos w/ no lettuce… Sent them back because they had lettuce on them. I received the new ones w/out tomatoes and lettuce . You’ll be better off going to this place oof business when they FIRST open up!! The food was fine and the service would have received 3 stars. However, when I got home I discovered that they had given me a hot sauce packet that had been opened and caused about 4 other packets to stick together. Gave me an eery feeling about cleanliness there. I threw all of them away.

Terrible service. They forgot part of my order in the drive through, so I parked and walked up only to find the lobby was closed. The cashier looked up, saw me and yelled, “Lobby’s closed! Go back around through the drive through!” I WALKED back through the drive through since there were already several people in line, and called the number on the receipt. The same kid answered the phone and I asked if someone could please just bring me the missing food and he yelled into the phone “you can get in your car and go back around!!” I promptly hung up and left a message with corporate. Probably won’t hear back but worth a try. Please, save yourself the trouble and find the next closest tbell.

I would rate them negative if I could. They stay open late but only take mobile or door dash orders and always have a different excuse, usually that they are “short staffed”. Why stay open late of you can’t ever order on the spot? They are rude about it and people hang to back out or wait in line until orders are complete

Without a doubt the worst Taco Bell restaurant I ever go to, especially drive-thru. They don’t even look at you when they give you your order. The food, especially burritos always look like they’re just slapped together. I’ve had other Taco Bell restaurant experiences much better with better presented food and courteous servers. I usually go to this restaurant because it’s conveniently on my way home from work, But I’m avoiding it more and more. Taco Bell Corp I hope you’re listening apparently I’m not the only one dissatisfied.
