i went inside and placed a carryout order through the kiosk and waited over 15 minutes for my food. when i finally got it, i realized i was missing a sauce that i paid for. when i politely asked a worker about it, she had an attitude and acted like i was bothering her for asking for something i literally paid for. the baja blast was also out, and another worker said she was going to fix it. i waited a few minutes and then asked if it was ready, and she responded with “i fixed it quite a few minutes ago,” but no one ever told me it was fixed, so i was just standing there waiting for no reason. on top of that, i ordered nacho fries and there was no seasoning on them at all. they tasted nothing like they’re supposed to. overall, the service felt rude and unorganized, and the food quality was disappointing. honestly, don’t come here if you expect your order to be correct and made the way it’s supposed to be.

Corporate America alert. I’m tired of all the winning we are doing!

Most likely at the direction of management to cut labor costs, there is typically no dedicated front staff member! I hope you are computer literate to use the kiosks. Which is also another attempt to not pay a living person.
I watched two customers within 10 minutes approach the counter and then leave after zero acknowledgement from any staff member at the front counter.
The food is consistently hot and fresh though.

During the day its an average tacobell.
If you go at night, expect a horrendous wait. Sometimes 10 to 30 minutes after paying.
Orders usually not correct if you get any customized items.
Management can get snarky and wants you to wait again for fixed items. No one has 30 minutes to an hour to wait for “fastfood”.

I went here tonight, before I even went in, I popped my tire on a massive hole in the parking lot. Once I walked it, the floor was wet and I slipped and fell. The worker laughed at me, didn’t ask if I was even okay, and then proceeded to walk away laughing. I ordered 2 burritos and the cashier laughed a little a looked at his coworker and whispered under his breath “fatty”. Once I got my food, there was only 1 burrito in the bag, and when I asked for the other one, they told me to stop complaining and not be annoying. The Baja blast was also not working, and my nacho fries had no seasoning on them. When I brought this up to the employee she told me to chill out and just eat the food and stop complaining. This was extremely rude and I will NOT be coming here ever again.

I had to say everytime i come here for lunch on the weekdays the employees make my burritos the absolute best. I order a Bean Burrito and cheesy bean n’ rice burrito. ALWAYS fresh. The tortilla is warm and soft. The sauce, beans, and cheeses are hot and delicious. For my normal everyday lunch this Taco Bell is my favorite go-to especially in the cold winter months. You guys make my day i hope everyone here is rewarded well for their effort!!! My gratitude to the kitchen❤️

my dad went to pick up an order for my family, he was told that they lost the order then said they never made the order. my dad asked if they can prioritize our order because it was supposed to be ready around the time he arrived at the location. the staff and manager told him to go make it himself of he’s not happy. there is no reason to be this disrespectful to a customer after the restaurant fails to make the order and lie about it. never going to the location at zeeb and jackson in ann arbor

They randomly just decide to close the lobby whenever the hell they feel like. Tried to get inside and literally some person was sitting in there eating and the door was still locked. Wasn’t even an employee.

Got to try a few more varieties other than the usual crunchy beef taco. The potato one is chunky home potatoes wrapped in a tortilla. Tried the Doritos locos taco and found it just ok. The original crunchy taco taste-wise is better in my opinion. All the supreme versions add the tomatoes and sour cream.
Still friendly staff all hours of the day! Fast service at both Ann Arbor locations on Jackson Road or West Stadium.
Checked out the new breakfast egg burritos… decent size and filling for breakfast. Available in potato, sausage, steak, or the grande from what I could see in the drive thru. Forgot to take a pic of the food… next time!
Recently tried the Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito and was pleasantly surprised! It was tasty and enough for a meal. Will definitely order again!

Usually fine, but today sat inside the store for 30 minutes waiting for my food as I watched probably 20 cars go through the drive thru.

I drive 15 minutes out of my way past two other Taco Bells to go here. This place always is generous with the sauce. They are always friendly and helpful. Always quick and well trained on the equipment and orders.
The two that I drive past and go 15 minutes further to get here?….. not so much.
